great tour, awesome to see that these company's have every type of job and career. So if you are just starting out in the work place it shows there are great jobs out there where staff discounts are really beneficial if you are into bakes regardless of where your natural talents are, be it technical or personable there will be rolles in the bike industry.
7:079:47 turn off your cameras auto exposure settings. You can see it flicker here. For 1 millisecond the video is bright enough to see. Then its back to lights out.
Oh and buy a better microphone. There's so much background noise here. Just turn an audio compressor on while editing, if you're going to interview people it will level everyone's voice to the same decibels

But business side of that downside is good for them. They know they can order X amount and sell that whole X amount almost instantly... but that is now slowing down
