Raising £5K For Macmillan Cancer Support

In 2008, in Wythenshawe, Manchester, I embarked on a mission to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support while celebrating the life of my beloved friend, Bill Jones. With a spirited performance, I mimed seven unforgettable Queen hits, all in the name of a worthy cause. In total £5000 was raised. 
Macmillan Cancer Support is a UK-based charity organization that provides practical, medical, emotional, and financial support to people affected by cancer. They offer a wide range of services including information resources, helplines, financial assistance, and support groups for patients, their families, and caregivers. Macmillan aims to improve the lives of people living with cancer and their loved ones by offering support tailored to their needs.
