As i child, i used to think that if i had a chance to time travel to witness or be a part off a significant historical event, then i would choose this same battle, or the battle of stamford bridge, serving under Flavio Aecio or Harald Hardraada was my dream, today i realized something thanks to this video, that child dream of taking part in this events is still burning within me
Great Maximino! I share your opinion, I have always dreamed of having a time machine and being able to visit different eras. Thank you very much for your comment, I loved it.
Very well done as always! I find this eta of Roman history so fascinating because of the way that the Romans had to learn to work with “barbarians” to maintain their empire. Keep up the good work!
I really appreciate the story-telling, it is certainly better than the one in AOE2, however, I'd recommend making the cinematics more accurate, for example, when you have the Huns horseback archers fire at the enemies, sprinkle some units with low HP in the mix so that they can die from the arrow fire, during the whole attack I've only seen one scout cavalry die and it was funny, but inaccurate.
Yes, you're right, that part is strange since almost no Alans died from arrows from the Huns. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try to be more precise with that kind of thing.
Hello my friend its been a long time since I have seen your video I love your content keep this up and with the upcoming dlc stream it on UA-cam okay I will watch love you pal.

By far my favorite campaign in AOE2. Thanks for making this!
Thank you!

As for me, I would have travelled backwards in time just to save Constantinople

Thank you very much for your comment and for watching the video 😉.
The last great Roman
This make me appreciate the Campaign scenario much more. While different, both are still awesome as ever.
Amazing man! Again, you had made another marvelous video on history with the help of AOE2.
This should become part of history lecture.
Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you liked the video 😉.
Wake up honey there is a new episode of History for Gamers
Thanks for the comment mate!

YOU’VE NEVER REALLY PLAYED AGE OF EMPIRE UNTIL THE GAME LAGS ON YOU LIKE AT 5:30.
That's AoE2 History 😅.
have u already made video on the william?
You mean William Wallace?
Amazing how the leadership of one man can have such a massive impact. Genghis Khan and Alexander the Great are other good examples of this.
A lot of unit models I've never seen! Interesting!
Thanks!

Do you plan on doing the Battle of Adrianople?
Yes, it is one of the battles that have been asked of me the most.
Hello my friend its been a long time since I have seen your video I love your content keep this up and with the upcoming dlc stream it on UA-cam okay I will watch love you pal.
Of course! I will continue making these videos and will use the new dlc as soon as it comes out. Thank you!
That woloo made me change colors and subscribe 💙
fastastico. Good video.
Pregunta: en que momento usaste las ''assets'' de Civilization VI?
Gracias José. Pues no he usado gráficos del Civilization en este vídeo, es un error al copiar y pegar texto de la descripción de un vídeo anterior 😅.
A good video what Battle is the next gave it an poll next days
I'm testing another game to be able to do battles from other eras. I will soon decide what the battle will be. Thanks Tobias.
Plz provide us the scenarios so we can play also
Yes, I plan to upload some of these scenarios in a while.
@@historyforgamers Thank You So much 🔥❤️
Can you create a scenario with Alaric who invades the Roman Empire?
What mods do you use?
The mod I used for that battle is "Rome at War".
It very well made, but; when would you make the Battle of Actium? Y creo que somos hispanos los dos😅😅
Thanks mate! La batalla de Actium la tengo pendiente, pero es que son tantos los vídeos por hacer... 😅😅
I really wish they would fix pathing in this game
La última gran batalla de Roma.
Hey how do you use aoe1 scenario units in aoe2 scenario.
Yes, it's a mod for Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition called "Rome at War".
@@historyforgamers thanks!
Nah, actually this was at least a truce. Rome was not winning here.
