GRANOLA RECIPE:
8 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Pecans (optional)
1 Cup Walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut (optional)
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Maple Syrup (If you add a little brown sugar, cut back a bit on the maple syrup)
Bake at 325 for 20 min., stir and flatten halfway through.

LEMON BARS RECIPE:
12 TBS butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar (i usually use a little less, closer to 1 cup)
4 TBS all-purpose flour
6 TBS lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9X13 baking pan. Beat butter for 30 seconds until smooth; add the 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt, beating till fluffy. Stir in the 2 cups flour. Pat dough onto bottom of pan. Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes until starting to get golden. Meanwhile, beat eggs; add remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 tbs flour, lemon juice, and baking powder. Beat 3 minutes or till slightly thickened. Pour over baked layer. Bake in 350 oven 25-30 minutes longer or till light golden brown around edges and center is set. Cool. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cut into squares.

Just a tip for shredding cheese: you can either shred directly into the bag or I like to shred over a piece of parchment or wax paper, so I can just pick it up and dump the little pieces into the bag. :) I love your videos, they are so calming and inspiring!

Dollar tree fanatic here! They have upgraded their organization baskets greatly!! It is definitely worth taking a trip there if you're looking for pretty baskets and you're on a budget, or like to save on money!

Hey Hannah, I love watching your videos!! I’m 63 and it blesses me to see you with your boys and all you do in your home!! It reminds me of my younger days of being a stay at home mom with my two boys. I lost my youngest son to a motorcycle accident in 2006 and I guess it may sound strange but I think it’s therapy for me!! I know he is with Jesus but I still miss him!! Tip, always freeze your bananas whole first. Once they are frozen you can cut them very easily (they don’t get rock solid). That way they won’t stick together and come out as a banana ice block!
