This mop is amazing! However for the bucket, do I need to add water to the clean water area? Instructions do not specify. It just states to put water in the mop.
Electric Spin Mop Self-cleaning Instruction 1.Place the electric spin mop upright on the cleaning plate, pull the handle down till the device turns into standby mode, (the indicator turns blue) and then push it upright again. (the indicator lights off) 2.Press the spray button for 1 second, it will turn into self-cleaning mode (15 seconds for cleaning the mop pads then 23 seconds for drying) and stop automatically when it finishes. 3.Lift it down from the bucket, pull the handle backward until the releasing sound of the lock has been heard. Press ON/OFF button, the electric spin mop starts to work.
I purchased one in December loved the mop but after 4 months I need to get in contact with someone because the mop will not come on nor will it spray water, I need need tech assistance do you have a 800 number?
Absolute garbage . Did a minute or so test run after receiving this mop. Next day after a nights charging. Mop lasted 10 minutes then stopped. Blue lights light up solid after trying to charge it again for a min. Drop the handle activate it and lights go out. Nothing. Nice mop... But not worth $1. Returned it.
Can you use a cleaner for the water tank to clean floors. Or just water?

When the mop cleans automatically, you need to add water to the bucket.
I love this put I’m having problem with the bucket when it comes to self cleaning time. It’s not self cleaning. Help!
