I have the same mop and Loving it. I'm just wondering how and if I can get a replacement rechargeable battery, just in case. I am looking even at their website but without avail.

Do you add water to the bucket. The instructions only specify adding water to the mop portion but don’t say to put it in the bucket.

I have the same mop. Yes, you put water on the bucket (the inside one) for the mop to clean itself. I hope this helps.

Did you click the power button when you put it on the reservoir to clean?

No you pull down the handle then put it back up and press the water button

Hi. I have the same mop but when it self cleans no water comes out at all. The tank is always empty :(
