Man everything about this upload was fantastic..even for 1995 the picture was gorgeous too..we always tend to boil down the 95 season to Hoss getting hurt(at least my father and I always have)that night in Denver which obviously was a big part of sending the season off the rails but a few more thing’s I thought of during this game was and I’m not sure how many of you guy’s remember but the following week’s game in KC was about as bad a loss as a team could have..for some reason we got that 1:00 game in the NY area and we didn’t miss a snap..we DOMINATED that game..but because of Cole Ford..the officiating(shocker)..and ridiculous play calling we ended up in overtime where we strip our old friend Marcus Allen and then drive the ball fairly deep into KC territory where I believe on a FIRST DOWN Hoss throws an easy 5 yard crossing route to Tim that would’ve been an easy catch but THE OFFICIAL(not making this up)PICKS that’s right PICKS(as in just stands there right where the play is obviously going and doesn’t move)Tim crashes into him as Hoss releases the ball right into the f*****g arms of James Hasty who runs it back for a TD game over..record-wise we did bounce back until it came crashing down after 8-2 but the other thing’s that I forgot all about until watching this that we never talk about is Jeff Jaeger getting hurt in I believe the last friggin pre-season game otherwise we never even know who Cole Ford is..LT Gerald Perry breaking his forearm in week 1..and I THINK maybe you guys can help me..didn’t Center Don Mosebar have to retire unexpectedly before the season started because of either concussions or something to do with his eyes?? Anyway great upload again my friend but it’s also hard to watch this 95 team and have to think about them finishing 8-8..this was no .500 team
Don Mosebar was injured in training camp prior to the season, an inadvertent fist to the eye socket that would lead to the removal of his left eye. 9 years after this game, Cole Ford would get arrested by Las Vegas police for firing gunshots towards the home of Siegfried & Roy and in January, 2005 he was ruled incompetent to stand trial and he was sent to a mental hospital for evaluation.
Yes, don Mosebar had to retire because one of his eyes was literally squashed and almost totally destroyed during preseason scrimmages with the Cowboys. I went to the Denver at Oakland, last game of the season where Vince Evans and Billy Joe Hobert alternated quarters. Kind of strange, but they lost and that ended the season with that 6 game losing slide. That game was Dec. 24, 1995. I remember it well.
Aaron Tamraz Man I cant believe that Mosebar actually lost his eye over that injury that’s terrible and yeah that Christmas Eve game was just beyond comprehension and of course the icing on the cake was that in spite of that stupidity they decided to do with Evans and Hobert it was also a very winnable game and if Jett doesn’t get stripped while we’re driving to put the friggin game away I believe we’re close to taking knees and running out the clock late in the 4Q🤦🏻♂️
Raiders Classics thank you for uploading these winning Raiders game. You're on the row for uploading Raiders games. If you have anyone games from the 1990s, that would be cool.
@@RaiderClassics OAK/DEN 97 might be on the table though- even though that was a losing season, but it had the still-standing Raider record for single game rushing yardage
Thank you once again... The games in the 90's and 2000's are perfect. You are the man brotha

RIP Washington Redskins
Do you happen to have 2002 Raiders vs Rams?
Jeff Hostetler ended his career with the Washington Redskins.
Hoskins!!!!!!! The hardest hitting safety ever!!!!!
I remember this game!
Do you have Raiders/Redskins 2005?
No, sorry man. I don't really post games from losing seasons unless it was one of significance like Marcus Allen's last game as a Raider.
