Tarmac's main branch, Hobby64, is where the bad ones are, they know what race liveries people want but their craftmanship is just not up to task. 🤣 The S14 hit the right balance, simple but well done casting and reasonably sharp lines, no complicated graphics aka sloppy decals but clean tampo printing, not legendary race cars but purpose built drift JDM is a rare theme in 1/64.
Still new to 1/64.. from looking at the various brands online Tarmac looks to be pretty good to me.. but not speaking from in hand experience. Out of interested why are you not a fan of Tarmac anymore and what are you a fan of?

The quality of the model is basically good, wheels roll perfect and i am impressed by model but my one have little diecast mistakes, the fenders on left look not perfect on my one, you can see it on my video

As a collector, I thought the Tarmac was really bad, but this s14 came out really well. I think the price is also reasonable.

Yep. Saw it Flip. Likewise, my only comment for this model is the fenders. Could really be improved. Other than that it’s great. 👍🏽
