Your a beast at spraying brother , and definitely know your materials. Only thing I would say is to cut that rig off before switching from prime to spray and vice versa . It will last a whole lot longer
Question. Just switched to water based Lacquer. What filler do you use for repairs. It seems that any glue or putty I use causes the primer to flake up when dry on these spots.

I got a toothbrush on a string atached to the machine so I can get inside the manifold filter housing, ran precat lacquer through the airless the other day and unless I spend $60 on lacquer thinner, it ain’t ever gonna be the same again, lol.

We have company picks up any paint water is put in Batts till evaporate then we mix it with drying agent till all dry then gets dispose of

We mostly use vynalsealer for sealer and typically Renner envirolak and also cic coatings. For top coat finish.
