I had a two year old castle rock that was always properly inflated, not in the sun, using TPMS sensor blow the side of my camper off on a 400 mile trip. Do yourself a favor and Immediately remove the china bombs. Over the two years I owned that camper, i had to replace all four for leaks. Personally, I use the load chart on the tires for proper inflation rather than max inflation. 110PSI on Sailuns is a lot of capacity. My triple axle trailer is 19000 so divide 19000 by six, then look at the load chart and select the proper inflation. For me that’s 90 lbs, not 110. Little better on the camper as well.

How would you refill a nitrogen tire? Do you have to have a tank?

Yes you need a nitrogen tank and regulator. A lot of tire shops have them
