I'm trying to get the 50 Year anniversary bike with the 1993 graphics.. They are sweet as hell but very hard to find around here! If I'm lucky enough to find one I'm taking that stock exhaust off and putting a full Pro Circuit works on. How do you like it? Did the Pro Circuit make a big difference over the stock?
I wanted the 50th anniversary too bro but I couldn't find one anywhere either especially 250 two stroke. Just so happened my local dealer had one in blue! I broke it in with the stock exhaust before ordering the full Pro Circuit system. In all honesty, with the stock jetting & stock reeds, the stock exhaust system outperformed the Pro Circuit sad to say & gave the bike more overrev. After installing Boyesen radvalve w/full ProCircuit & leaning out the jetting, omg it's like night and day with the Pro Circuit lol. Really woke the bike up & gave it more of a hit off the bottom with the Platinum 2 & R304 shorty combo. Not to mention gave it that factory/crisp 2 stroke sound. You can barely even hear the thing with the stock exhaust lol sounds like a beefy weedwacker.
That's the reason I wanted to put that Pro Circuit on was the sound. I want that pro sound. That's surprising you said the stock out performed it without the changes. I saw another video and the guy acted like it was so much more powerful with the Pro Circuit on. I don't know if he made any other changes or not. What number main jet did you go to? I still not had any luck finding the white one. I got one place left to call tomorrow. They told me over the phone Friday they had one but I couldn't make it up until this week. The place is over 160 miles from where I live. My luck the dang thing sold over the weekend. lol
@@skipperjones7490 yea the sound is A1. It is jetted too rich in my opinion stock, so adding the aftermarket exhaust with no jetting changes really defeated the purpose, not to mention I run 32:1. Stock was jetted 50-178, I dropped pilot&main down to 48-175, but could honestly go another step or two leaner if I wanted, but I'd rather stay on the richer/safer side. I honestly thought about just buying a white plastic kit & 50th anniversary graphics, that way I would have a blue & a white set. I think the anniversary addition costs a few extra hundred bucks, around the same it would cost for the extra plastics & graphics. I hope you get lucky and find you one! I know you're going to love it lol
@@skipperjones7490 lol yea gotta think outside the box sometimes to make it happen. No sir, I do not use pump gas in any of my bikes. I mix 4 gallons of 93-ethanol free w/ 1 gallon of C12 race fuel. The first thing I did when I got the bike home from the dealership was drain all of the fluids out (gas, coolant, oil) & used what I prefer. The dealer couldn't tell me what kind of gas/mix they used, which was a red flag to me. After reading the manual myself, I found out the dealer didn't have enough oil in the break-in mix. Break in says 15:1, it looked more like 50:1 lol barely any oil in it.
@@2StrokeSmoke701 I've actually leaned out the jetting some since this video to Pro Circuit's suggestion & installed a Boyesen rad valve. I don't think I will go with a lectron carb because I get great results from the stock Keihin carb & actually like doing the jetting myself
@@Zbubba lol oh yea bro, I initially went down one jet size on the pilot & the main when I put the pro circuit system on..I went back to stock main jet & stayed one size smaller on pilot. I'm in Florida too if that helps at all
I honestly didn't notice any difference until I re-jetted the carb, then it woke the bike up a bit. Stock exhaust outperformed the full pro circuit with the stock settings/jetting
Nice Bike! Pro Circut just sounds 100x better than FMF.
Thanks bro! I honestly thought about FMF first but I'm glad I went with the Pro Circuit!
That bike looks sick and sounds beautiful!
Thanks bro it's a beast!
Roll the dice brother
Yessirrr🤙

Sweet bike great sound👍🏽
Thanks! Yea she's crispyyy🤙
Sounds so nice
Thanks man, got to get her dialed in
@PressureMadeTV do you think of keeping the same carb and doing some jetting yourself or are you going to get a lectron carb

Hello, have you changed the nozzle?
What's up bro, what do you mean by the nozzle? I did change the full exhaust system from stock, exhaust & silencer
@@PressureMadeTV the main jet in the carburetor bro

Is there any power differents between the stoke exhaust too the full pro circuit
