Ingredients:
1 kg Zucchini
2 tablespoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour1/4
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon spring onion
2 tablespoon carrots
cooking oil for fry
Dip Sauce:
200 g Sour cream
salt and black pepper
dill

Both we have that one from Turkey store.Normally we have a dark one sis.
