Ceiling fan replacement

The Ceiling fan in my 5th Wheel was going bad the fan was slowing down and the proper functioning of the basement air is very dependent on the fan.
I however after doing many measurements I forgot about the flush floor titled the slide in up. When I realized this I was already 70% installed so I pushed forward with the install. See the results in this video.
