    Magheirita is a very tasty soup, which is prepared on Holy Saturday and is the first food, with meat that Christians eat after Lent. Its role is to prepare the stomach for the following meals. Generally, lamb intestines are added, very well cleaned, but I don't like them.
    INGREDIENT:
    - 1.2- 1.5 kg of lamb organs (lung, liver, heart, sweetbreads)
    - 2 lettuce
    -1 onion
    - 1 bunch of green onions
    -1 bunch of dill
    -100 g of rice
    -100 ml white wine
    - 2.5 liters of water
    - salt and pepper
    For egg and lemon sauce (avgolemono)
    - 2 eggs
    - juice of 1-2 lemons
    - 1 teaspoon cornstarch
