Going back to Sa Coma in a few weeks and I haven’t seen it this busy especially in the evening. Also we love The Britannia Pub so was great to see it in your video 😊
Love the video , we have been coming to sa coma for years with our kids , Protur Safari Park is amazing for children & teens, loads of sports, tennis, driving range, crazy golf etc , our kids are too old now to come with us but we have lovely memories 😊
I attempted to windsurf from the beach there in the early 80's. Didn't get 20ft before giving up. It was a very quiet resort in those days. Spent a few hours around the pool at the Bouganvilla Aparthotel and visited the Safari Zoo, the Ostritches freaked everybody out.
We went to Sa Coma in April and had a fantastic time. Not so busy then as it is now. Only down side for me was we went full board, will be going again in the near future all being well.
Hi Alex,Sa Coma is a nice resort,like how you can walk around the shops in a square route.Will be stopping in Palma Nova for 1 week from Tues 13th August.
Pogue Mahone is written on the bar makes it look like a name but in reality is written slightly differently. As you’ve already googled it I won’t go into any more detail but to say Bart Simpson sort of made it famous as “eat my shorts”. Believe me when I say certainly every boy, and many girls who learnt Irish in school very quickly learnt that phrase. Good on whoever named the bar, presumably Irish with a sense of humour.
Anywhere would be good and friendly. Maybe Santa Ponsa for the pubs and live music though! I've got a video on my channel from last September of a pub tour to give you an idea.

I first met him in 1998 and he loved me - I was always pleased to see him. He suddenly collapsed at the end of the season in '14 - He was a keen running athlete and we used to see his running friends in there at times. Suspect a heart issue that was never found.

I remember going to S’illot in 1986 and Sa Coma was just being built it only had a few hotels. Amazing in 40 years how it’s developed.

There is an Irish bar in Liverpool called Pogue Mahone and it is Irish Gaelic and means kiss my arse.
