I'm beginning to love cala d'or at night Alex. Great lively atmosphere. You should come. Better than being in the hot sun for sure. Bet youve got all your fans on full blast in the house Alex. Mind you, there are over 33 thousand of us. I shouldn't think you will be doing these night videos in the cold winter months though. Only 148 days till Christmas. Lol.

We holidayed in Cala D’or for many years when my kids were teenagers, they loved it there! One of our favourite restaurants was Bona Taula, is it still there, which is just outside Cala D’or?
Fab video, as always Alex. We are staying in Palma Nova again with the children in a few weeks. My husband and I are looking at a short break at the beginning of October to celebrate his 40th. Is Cala D’or still busy please. Thank you.
Decades ago mainland Spain and the islands were more interesting. Not built up and you could explore and find the strangest little places tucked away and a much more Spanish feel. Everything is so commercial now and nothing new no matter where you go. I remember benidorm and surrounding resorts like cala de finnestrat and mallorca and minorca having the quaintness and feel of an adventure. One resort was so olde worldy the Spanish women were in all black, head to toe. I think the best thing now is the food is so great, so much choice! Along with the beautiful coastlines. ✌
Me and my fiance went in june with our little boy and it was a much needed break, however we both agreed we would not return as the resort itself seemed very small when you takeaway the residential parts. Was still a great holiday but for a young family we struggled on some days to find things to do.
I'm thinking of coming here early next may, it's just my and my girlfriend, is the weather OK that time of year and is it somewhere we can relax but have a good night out? Thank you.

Lived in nearby Cala Egos in 2012 for 5 months. Yeah it was great!!!
We went there last year loved it going to palma nova this year in 9 days can't wait hope to see you then

Hi, why do you never make any videos in Cala Ratjada? I know it’s more German oriented but it’s still popular.

I would recommend another area of the island for sure (try Alcudia !)

Around an hour and a half to two hours depending on how many stops the bus has to make before it stops at your hotel
