@@Ahmad_Taher. if the filter is fine enough, try to go for a fine grind --- much like an espresso. however, if the screen is is unable to filter such fine grind, u can add another layer using coffee filter.

I have a metal mesh like this and it feels faster than with paper.
Your really oversaturating the coffee and turning that into a coffee maker taste

reduce heat loss i bet
No sugar added?
Sugar is a preference. But usually most coffees don’t require any if you have cream.
