Chef,your recipe is excellent
My mouth was watering just listening to the ingredients
My gosh, the same dialect and accent and perfect English as Wolfgang Puck. From the same region?
That mixer looks like you should put on your boat 🚣♀️ to go 🎣
Wait; you didn't strain the stock?
Or at least take out the peppercorns, cin sticks, bay leaves, etc.?
That's what I was thinking...
Saurbraten?
Wouldn't the meat go off after 3 days in the fridge ?
Vinegar will preserve it
Meat uncovered in the fridge is good for 2 weeks and more. Steak Houses have the meat in coolers for 6 weeks, more tender. Fresh meat is tough.
3 days later? 2 weeks if you want to eat a good one
Was that wine vinegar you used with the red wine?
yes....he used 2/3 red wine vinegar to 1/3 red wine
