Daily afternoon update: 7/23/2024 - Message To: Shelter Insurance

This is my update as well as an updated message to Shelter Insurance. I have tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully to cancel my insurance with the after securing new coverage on 7/14/24. I am now involving my bank and will have to present all of this video testimony as evidence in the court case my agent (Kive Kerr) filed against me on 7/19 after I had tried to cancel (for the second time) all my coverage in his office.
This is a sad world we live in where a simple insurance cancellation process turns into a waste of time in a courtroom. Shelter, please do the right thing and let me move my coverage (it's already done) and stop charging me for your poor customer service. The representative on the phone said I would receive a call from my agent's (Kive's) supervisor since I am unable and unwilling to work with him or do business with Shelter Insurance any longer.
These videos will remain public until my coverage is cancelled at which time I will make them unlisted (not delete them) since they are now being used as evidence in Garvin County court case PO-24-79 on 8/5/24 at 3pm.
