Your tip on pressing the palms into the wheel has been a game changer for me. I was battling with wrist pain for weeks and now I can race for hours with zero pain. Thank you so much!
For the lower back pain which is I think the most frequent to occur, the memory foam idea is a good one but even a cheap little lumbar pillow which people buy for office chairs does wonders. I bought mine from Amazon and it did wonders! Make sure you get one with a belt that you can attach to the back of your seat so it stays in place.
very good advice, I was suffering most of those pains, I thought it was because I was 50 years old, but thanks to the video I made the adjustments and there is no longer any pain,I will gladly subscribe to your channel
A must-view for anyone spending an extended amount of time sim racing. I'd add that it's helpful to be continuously conscientious of how you're feeling in the cockpit as certain positions may feel fine when initially testing and get worse over time. Also, be sure to stop before pain gets really bad and not after. I made the mistake of ignoring hand and wrist pain for a few months and ended up with some pretty bad ulnar tendon inflamation in my left wrist and hand, all of which resulted in my having to spend almost 4 months out of the rig and in physical therapy. I've used your rig setup video to help revamp my driving position and with some active cues to release my death grip habit, sim racing has become a lot more comfortable. Thanks Daniel!
Really hope this helps. Pay attention to the gap and movement in your lower back when braking. Go into a position where you can immobilize the lower back
When turning the steering wheel instead of 'say' pulling down with you right hand and arm to turn right, I like to think of pushing up with the left. When you are actively turning by pulling down it creates much more fatigue from my personal experience. Once I developed the mindset of pushing up to turn, all my arm and hand pain left. I'm just an average sim racer and not sure if this is good advice but it worked for me lol. Great video. I also use a lumbar pillow and 4 point harness. I find the harness with motion is a must.
You mentioned pedal pivot points on your stream, and after that I spent the entire next day tweaking my rig. I also angled my bucket seat further and wow what a change. Not only ergonomically but also the feel of the pedals increased a ton. Your tips are solid, appreciate it boss 🔥
this was so useful, today I had to stop because of wrist pain, but I did break my wrist twice, so there is that. But this did help after some adjusting. Thanks a Ton!!
I have experienced for myself what it's like to have wrist/hand pain from sim racing. Turned out that my steeringwheel was not aligned correctly, it was to low and my hands were tilting towards me, which caused strain on my thumbs/wrist muscle. My physiotherapist helped me get it back in shape, but I have also learned a lot from your video's so I can now setup my seating position a lot better. Hope to not have those pains any more! :-)
Excellent topic. I believe that this is a very important issue, especially for us older sim racers. I am looking for a new set of pedals so that I can achieve a better alignment for myself. Thanks for the tip on grip.
Thank you for putting this video together! There's so much disparate information about simracing and race car ergonomics that it's hard to find the right answers. It's great to have one place to find this information. I've shared it with my ACC league!
Nice video. I'm just so tired of having pain while sim racing. First the hands, now my back. Almost about to give up on it completely. And this is with a rig even.
I get shoulder blade pain whenever I do sim racing, but that's also when I'm physically lifting things or working things at a counter top. Pretty sure I need to work on my core strength and stop being a lazy sim racer lol. Good tips! Definitely noticed my pedals (brake) weren't straight, I've been rotating my ankle to the right to compensate, changed it this afternoon and it feels a lot nicer!
Something i recommend any VR user check out depending on the balance of your headset is a counter weight. I was getting serious lower neck pain and couldnt understand why, then i realise i was wearing a brick on the front of my face for hours a day lol. I just zip tied 300g of weights to the back strap of the headset and it completely solved my neck pain.
Cant wait for my gloves to get here! I've sometimes noticed my feet starting to go to sleep in longer races but I can straighten my legs out and point my toes up and back towards me and it goes away. Think the pedals are too vertical and or too close? Legs straight out and my heels land dead on top of pedals. Also, a good standalone lumbar pillow has relieved any lower back pain I was having, maybe something to consider adding to the store!
Well, if you straight up and it goes away, you might want to extend out the pedals. Check out the UA-cam stream on Monday. I’ll show everybody how I get my position dialled in.
I get this as well, the top half of my left foot goes numb after like 30 minutes. Always just thought it was from the pressure of braking but my have to experiment with moving the pedals slightly further away.

might be a bit overdone but for my seat i did exactly what i did in F4, and pulled out the pads and poured a seat. expensive but worth it since i spend like 4 hours+ a night in my rig between races and practicing for next events
Great video Daniel. I also think some people run their FFB strength too high which can exacerbate the pain. If the alignment is off ever so slightly having to overwork the muscles due to the FFB strength being high is only going to make matters worse. Of course that's just my own opinion based on my own experience and probably not worth much. 😉
If you are experiencing wrist or hand pain at all your ergonomics are off.. With the correct ergonomics you can run pretty extreme forces without issue.. Personally I have run up to 28Nm of full force with nominal probably around 20Nm without pain.. There was a point where I was getting some pain in my wrist and found that on tight turns my wrists were binding into my lap. This had little do do with the strength of the wheel EXCEPT that it could force me there for a split second without recognizing it. at low power my wrist would still bind but I could compromise my hold on the wheel before it might hurt. Anyway once this was recognized as the issue I was able to re-angle the wheel in relation to my seating position which eliminated this binding and I have not had and pain since.
I suffer with elbow pain mostly, which I also blamed on high FFB settings. After someone pointed out the death grip (as well as arm and shoulder tension) I had the wheel in, I've been working on relaxing my hands and arms. I'm not 100% there yet, but the most noticeable result is that I'm now running about 40-50% more FFB than I used to, but with less perceived effort than before. Not something I expected at all, but I'm enjoying the extra communication from the wheel. Lighter hands has had very noticeable benefits in my driving too.
I have used a desk setup for over 7 years and never had problems but a couple of months ago I upgraded to a GT Omega Titan rig and a loadcell brake now my lower back is killing me. Not really while driving but mostly after I've done longer stints and get out of the rig again. There aren't a lot of ways you can adjust the seat on the rig but I'm going to try to get that 90 degree angle going somehow.
A video of how you release the brake exactly, with your foot or ankle, how you operate or release the accelerator pedal, would be very interesting. The basics of pedalling and optimal technique. Driver briefings before races or in general would be very interesting. How do you keep yourself fit, or your driver technique basics? Or a detailed talk with one, or your driver coach? How can I optimise my technique? Everything I know or can do, I've more or less learned from books by Ross Bentley and Michael Krumm. I think I've done some good HL. But unfortunately I don't know what all the techniques are called or how they can be used optimally. It's not fucking self-promotion! If you like and have time, take a look at one of my HLs and please tell me what I can improve. I think I'm too wild, aggressive at the wheel. Well, I am 42, have 4 children and work. I can only get to the rig at weekends, but I want to learn and master it properly.
Daniel, I really appreciate you making this video because I have suffered from some of the things you mentioned and for some reason other UA-camrs have not really made videos on this, will gave me the most trouble with pain all over, believe it or not, was having a 3Drap brake mod on my TLCM pedals. It was way too stiff and I guess didn’t work for me specifically I’m not sure if this is happened to you. Once I changed out to softer springs all my pain went away, but what I will say is Sim racing socks do not protect against heel toe braking if your pedals have metal face plates. Other than that, it does help if you’re only driving with paddles. Please let me know if you have any input.
Ever since buying some new gear and rig Ive never been able ro get my pedal positioning "dialed in" like before when everything just felt right and comfortable. Could you upload a straight side-on picture of you in the rig where you can clearly see your leg/pedal positioning relative to your seat? Its always at some angle when I try to find a freeze frame from your videos. Would give a good baseline for me to work on, cause right now im lost when it comes to both height and length (Been struggling for months!). Nothing seems to work. In any case thanks for your videos Daniel, they are great and they help a lot!
i want to add for lower back pain.... lumbar support. And most important, that pain comes from no or not enough lower back muscles. from what i learned (i have dehydrated discs in lower back), correct seat, correct angle of the seat, straight like you said, also pedals need to be correct height and angle and that pocket you talked about should not exist at all. you need to sit in a way that when you push the brake, your lower back wont move at all. if you cant have that position, lumbar support. but as i started, correct exercises help a lot. very simple ones that are usually recommended for lower back pain. harsh reality...
Hey Daniel, random question for you. Im trying to emulate a gt4 as close as i can with my rig. I primarily driver the porsche gt4 but sometimes run the Merc! I have a simagic p2000 hydraulic brake setup, what do you recomend for brake setup to emulate feel/brake pressure? How much force is acurate? Love the videos, always great and appreciate all the info you distribute/share with the community!
@danielmorad Absolutely, well deserved! I've been. Watching your content for a while now and love all of it! Keep up the awesome work, we all enjoy and appreciate it! Man, that's perfect.... I've been searching aroun, and there's nothing better than getting information like this from someone who races them!! Does it have a bit of lighter travel initially and gets exponentially more firm? Or is it more linear in a sense? I greatly appreciate the help! I've watched one of your videos in the past with a foot cam over and over, but it's hard to gauge pressure.
Had shoes before, buy the Moradness socks (6 months ago )... and its really feels better than the shoes , no pain or fatigue at all compare to standard socks and the grip help a lot on my metal plate not slipery anymore ! and better feeling of course no both brake and throttle pedal, feel more prescise than the shoes !
Great Video. I'd do similar modifications around my lower back as you show. As a person who quit sim racing due to back issues I really appreciate this video, instant subscribe. I dream that one day I can come back with a smarter approach/setup. One big question to add is neck and head support. It appears to me like all sim rig manufacturers are nutts trying to make the seat look like real race seat, but that means the head area is built to accommodate a bloody helmet on your head... in sim racing we obviously need a dedicated design. Do you know any ergonomic sim racing seats, like really thought through / adjustable back parts and, foremost, ensuring proper head support?
I had a issue with my toes going numb after a while and what solved that issue was using compression running socks bc it keeps the blood flow high on my foot. Problem is I can’t find any compression socks with grippy bottoms. Would be awesome to have some Moradness compression socks with grips.
Going to a full stanalone cockpit from a race stand and gaming chair changed alot of this for me. Now i only get pain from ripping my handbrake trying to get good at drifting 😅
Great video as always. I bought the Sim Hound exterior stitched gloves instead and I'm kicking myself for not getting Moradness gloves. Terrible customer service experience. Sizing chart way off and return to the UK is on me. Ya live and learn I guess..
So I missed you live but the info was awesome. I believe my wheel is to high. However my question was is the simucube steering box settings for your gt3 setup, is the strength of your real car really that strong? I never driven a real race car so all my experience is in a truck or a personal vehicle and both are pretty relaxed with strength. I do like the feed back on the wheel. Just seems a little strong while turning
i always wondered in endurance races when the drivers must switch how is the cockpit set up if the drivers are built differently and prefer different position
That would be hard since I don’t really use that kind of set up. I would say, a lot of the same things apply. Try to eliminate the lower back gap by using a lumbar cushion.
I get really bad pain in my shoulders and my neck kills me than I get a headache which sucks for me I think I need to lower my wheel more but I cant because my steering wheel will touch my knees and my paddle shifters will hit my knees when the wheel counter steers or if I have to turn it past 90 degrees
Any tips for thigh pain? After a few hours I get some soreness in my left thigh only. Doesn't matter if it's a car with a clutch or not, or if I left foot brake or not. Right leg is totally fine
Chair/seat could be mounted slightly off.. IE my bucket seat is warped so it sits further back on right side. This made my right leg push harder into the foam an extend more than needed causing pain an numbness.
Seating position is the problem I suffer with, had to buy all the sparco cushions and a seat plate to be able to add more angle to the seat base... my own fault as I'm somewhere between F1 and GT position...
I'm using Fanatec V3 pedals and I always have a painful bottom left foot, the area where I press the (pretty hard/got the brake perf kit) brake always hurts after a while. Both with socks and racing shoes. Any idea how to fix this? Pretty new to simracing btw.
It’s most likely coming from hand grip. Do you feel like you’re a driver who grips the wheel hard. The elbow pain is most likely connected to the fingers. Specifically your pinky and ring finger. See how tight that grip is.
@@danielmorad thanks very much - yeah, I get pretty tense around corners and do have a death grip. I also don't like using gloves, maybe I should use some.
My main issue was sweaty lower back and arse (YUCK) made driving horrible past 30mins even with a fan blowing directly on me. For those having the same issue the O'Rouge seat with built in fans will help in that area.
@@danielmorad They are really nice. Barry SRG is who brought it to my attention. And an acquaintance of mine let me get some seat time on his which sealed the deal. O'Rouge now has a US shop which saved me a ton in shipping costs so I pre-ordered one.
i think the biggest reason of pain is people cheaping out on the chair itself, i literally got my passenger seat of my fiesta st mounted on my rig its insane haha i even have the heating element connected to a switch to have some seat heating
I personally only really have problems with my wrists in simracing. I use the CSL DD and can only run it at around 50-60% depending on the car because if i run it any higher i get a lot of pain in my wrists. I also get it at 50% but only in long sessions. Daytona 24h this year was a nightmare since i got pain early and had to go the rest of the race with really painful wrists. I guess part of this comes from me sometimes death gripping (i already use gloves) in long corners
Great video and plenty of good recommendations! Since I spend a lot of time in my rig simracing I spend a lot of attention to basically all of those points. Still, I tend to get pain in my right shoulder when I do extensive simracing (4-6 hours of non stop NOS Endurance racing eg.) Probably also because of multiple stress due to playing Squash and riding motorbike a lot and working on computers. I notice that high number and repetitiveness of movement to steer is putting a lot of stress on given parts of the shoulder, despite having a good alignment/setup of seating postion. I was wondering ever since if there are special exercises for race drivers to strenghten and improve muscle groups being stressed by this typical race driving position - especially regarding upper body and shoulder area. Are there trainings exercised you could recommend which may help for simracing/driving (other than those necessary to withstand G-forces which are not really necessary for simracing..)
A lot of this could be due to fitness as well. If everything is aligned and you’re still getting pain, maybe some stretching could help. Or seeing an osteopath. I do that regularly to keep my body tuned
@@danielmorad I saw plenty of different doctors, but none could understand for sure where/why this is coming from (osteopaths too - couldn't find anything wrong regarding the shoulder). And I could not find a specialst with experience with race drivers and what can help for precisely this kind of movements. (the details of the examinations of my shoulder issue would go beyond the scope of this, but were inconclusive in the end. Theory is something get's irritated too easily) But I thought as a professional racing driver you might have experience with excercises that might help to counter the stress on the body. Anyway, besides of that I think it's amazing that you find and take your time to produce this videos AND actually stay in touch with your viewers and fans! Hats off to you!
You've had some great content. I really think you should consider writing a script through. You seem to be trying to remember things throughout the whole video. Great content just the delivery could use some refinement.
Did you ever experienced a heavy crash during racing, hope not but if yes, can you tell how it felt like with all the safety: roll cage, helmet, suit,…. Because most crashes we see, luckily the drivers just walk out like nothing happened but still don’t know what they really felt, I’m really curious about this…
@@Time4utube I only experienced once a crash with my non race car because of over tiredness I fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed upside down into a ditch. I had seatbelts on so I still sat in my seat upside down but the thing is I was out of the car from myself without any injuries but just remember like 5% of the whole crash like it was just a dream. I was out the car waiting for police to come but don’t remember how I get out the car etc. It was a grass ditch with just few meters ahead full of trees so if a crash happened to a tree it could be worse with injuries etc.
Luckily haven’t had many, but it’s just loud and hectic. Depends how hard you hit and what you hit but there’s so much safety. Just able to get out normally.
@@danielmorad Nice to hear that you hadn’t many. Yeah nowadays racing is overall so much safer which is nice. Have a good season my man and looking forward to your upcoming vids ! 👍🏁
hey morad. so my left foot (brake) is feeling like its falling asleep when io have raced about 15 mins.. and i cant find a solution.. du u have any solution?
For me it's actually been hip pain. Sim racing pedals are not like everyday grocery-getter pedals where you can just rest your heel and press the accelerator or the brake without moving your heel. Sim racing I have to lift my leg to use the brake or clutch, potentially hundreds of times during a race. Sometimes I even find myself hovering my left foot over the pedal in anticipation. Hip Flexors get sore, get inflammed, can lead to tendonitis and visits to a doctor. Habits can prove hard to break, and as someone else pointed out, injuries are largely due to not having enough muscle in the area.
Hi Daniel I have been watching your Vlog for a while, you give many good informations. Can I ask you, is traction loss and moving forward and backward in simulator needed? I am talking about GT3 cars. Thank you.
Socks are nice and all but what if i need to heel toe on a downshift? The pedals have a pretty sharp edge even with shoes. I accidentally sliced open one of my shoes man. Was pretty funny tho
@@jamiepoulton5584 it did clear up with a bit of rest and I also changed my gym routine a bit ie stopped doing straight curls and instead doing hammer curls as it puts less stress on those tendons. I’ve also really focused on reducing my death grip on the wheel and using my shoulders a little more to turn the wheel. Hope that helps, it’s a horrible feeling
@@cameronculverwell5352 Thanks for the reply much appreciated, will take a couple of days off it see how I get on as I might have been playing too regularly and if that fails I'll have to look into certain exercises to alleviate the pain 👍
Please try Automobilista 2 after these recent updates. I'm really torn on that game, to me it feels much more detailed than iracing (and definitely more fun), but at the same time somehow weird, wrong? I don't know. It would be great to have some input from someone who actually drives these cars which physics is actually closer to reality and by how much. :)
That could also be down to your steering wheel grip. Which one do you have? And the full 28nm is way too much. I put 100% in simucube software but dial it down in iRacing to use a lesser percentage of it.
It seems like you are reaching if you are getting pain in your shoulder blade. Think about bringing the steering wheel a little bit closer to you so you are not reaching when you are rotating the wheel.
@@danielmorad thanks for the reply. Two things I cannot get my head around - gloves and shoes for sim racing. I find bare feet the best as I can grip pedals with my toes. Gloves make no sense to me. However, if I ever get a "Your rig catches fire after a crash" mod for iRacing then I would regret not having fireproof gloves and shoes. cheers

Thanks a lot for the nice words. As for heel toe braking, can’t related as I never do it :( maybe other can chime in
Awesome video ons more. Thanks alot. For using your time on all of us. Mutch appreciate it. 💪
It’s my pleasure :)
100% right on this.
This is a brilliant topic. Thx!
Appreciate the nice words. I run my brake at around 50kg and the travel is around 6cm
Do you have any advice about elbow pain?
Elbow pain could come from the grip in your hand. Usually that’s what you’d call “tennis elbow”. Loosen up that grip and see if it helps
@@danielmoradsame for me.
Ok thx👍
Thanks for this content, Daniel!
Just from that image of the socks it looks exactly like socks that you can/have to get at trampoline parks. I will definitely try that.
You can try that but they’re not “sports” socks so you might sweat a lot. The Moradness socks are perforated and have rubber up the heel area.
I had a issue with my toes going numb after a while and what solved that issue was using compression running socks bc it keeps the blood flow high on my foot. Problem is I can’t find any compression socks with grippy bottoms. Would be awesome to have some Moradness compression socks with grips.
Seems like these are your answer! Hope it solves you issue
Going to a full stanalone cockpit from a race stand and gaming chair changed alot of this for me. Now i only get pain from ripping my handbrake trying to get good at drifting 😅
I have added rubber on my pedals and foam lumbar support for seat :)
Very nice. Hope it helps
Great video as always. I bought the Sim Hound exterior stitched gloves instead and I'm kicking myself for not getting Moradness gloves. Terrible customer service experience. Sizing chart way off and return to the UK is on me. Ya live and learn I guess..
Whenever you’re ready to switch over, let us know. We will get you sized up properly.
It’s roughly 12-13nm sustained force. If that’s what you have, then yes :).
i always wondered in endurance races when the drivers must switch how is the cockpit set up if the drivers are built differently and prefer different position
Hi, can You give some positioning tips for absolute beginners with office chair and desk/simple wheel mount? How to set it up and avoid pain
Very good!
Thank you
Any tips for thigh pain? After a few hours I get some soreness in my left thigh only. Doesn't matter if it's a car with a clutch or not, or if I left foot brake or not. Right leg is totally fine
Chair/seat could be mounted slightly off.. IE my bucket seat is warped so it sits further back on right side. This made my right leg push harder into the foam an extend more than needed causing pain an numbness.
the video showed me once again that my current rig was a mistake from the very beginning
Haha! Hopefully you can get it lined up
sadly there is nothing ican do to improve it at this point so my only option is to get a new rig or consider to go back to the desk@@danielmorad
For back pain, I find that tilt the bucket and use a harness help a lot
Exactly. Getting that angle a little better between the lower back and legs
Seating position is the problem I suffer with, had to buy all the sparco cushions and a seat plate to be able to add more angle to the seat base... my own fault as I'm somewhere between F1 and GT position...
As a disabled veteran this video is on point! Everything hurts lol
Well hopefully nothing hurts after this
I would be interested in specific stretches to relax your leg and arm muscles prior to extended stretches of driving.
Nice one Daniel, thanks as allways 👍🏻🏁😎🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Any time!
Ahhhhh! so I'll have to raise my wheel in line with my shoulders. mine is a littel low.
I'm using Fanatec V3 pedals and I always have a painful bottom left foot, the area where I press the (pretty hard/got the brake perf kit) brake always hurts after a while. Both with socks and racing shoes. Any idea how to fix this? Pretty new to simracing btw.
Thx Daniel.
I check that👍
Perfect. Hope it helps.
@@danielmorad For sure Mr Morad👍
I get a lot of pain in my left elbow, basically 'tennis elbow'. Not sure of the soution, anyone got any ideas?
It’s most likely coming from hand grip. Do you feel like you’re a driver who grips the wheel hard. The elbow pain is most likely connected to the fingers. Specifically your pinky and ring finger. See how tight that grip is.
@@danielmorad thanks very much - yeah, I get pretty tense around corners and do have a death grip. I also don't like using gloves, maybe I should use some.
You didn't cover hip pain, but still great information 👍
Hip and back really come down to alignment and knee could tie into it. Just line yourself up straight.
My main issue was sweaty lower back and arse (YUCK) made driving horrible past 30mins even with a fan blowing directly on me. For those having the same issue the O'Rouge seat with built in fans will help in that area.
I’ve heard they’re pretty nice :)
@@danielmorad
They are really nice.
Make the adjustments I mentioned and see what happens
I'm suffering from Thumb strain/pain at the moment. Any tips for this?
i always got pain in my left hip its always tight when i sit in this position and now my hip flexor is inflamed so no sim racing for me for a month
Lmao nice start of video. Love it
It got you hooked, didn’t it? 😂
you had my attention on lastinglonger
Hahhaa. Did you learn how to do that?
You've had some great content. I really think you should consider writing a script through. You seem to be trying to remember things throughout the whole video. Great content just the delivery could use some refinement.
For a quick second me and my "boy" was like WHAT?? at that intro ...lol
Didn’t it get you hooked though? 😂
@@danielmorad
It def caught my attention. "Pro driver turned Viagra salesmen" 😂
Did you ever experienced a heavy crash during racing, hope not but if yes, can you tell how it felt like with all the safety: roll cage, helmet, suit,…. Because most crashes we see, luckily the drivers just walk out like nothing happened but still don’t know what they really felt, I’m really curious about this…
My guess maybe some of it happens in slow motion feel..but yes agree like know more
@@Time4utube I only experienced once a crash with my non race car because of over tiredness I fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed upside down into a ditch.
Check your hip alignment to your pedals
Calling it right here right now, Daniel will finish p1 race 2 at road america
do you race in your socks in the real car? how would you solve foot pain if your wearing shoes? what in the rig or myself needs to be adjusted?
Hi Daniel I have been watching your Vlog for a while, you give many good informations. Can I ask you, is traction loss and moving forward and backward in simulator needed? I am talking about GT3 cars. Thank you.
Thanks a lot. Nothing is needed but it helps with immersion to have the DBOX
@@danielmorad I am planning to upgrade my motion sim rig from 4 dof to 6 dof. I build it for practising. Thank you for answering, cheers.
Socks are nice and all but what if i need to heel toe on a downshift? The pedals have a pretty sharp edge even with shoes. I accidentally sliced open one of my shoes man. Was pretty funny tho
I get elbow pain, which mimics golfer’s elbow
This is what I've started getting,no mention of elbow pain in video....noticed this is an old comment so did you find a solution? Has pain got worse?
My problem was my thumbs hurting like crazy. Went from Full 28Nm torque to 10Nm changed everything.
That could also be down to your steering wheel grip. Which one do you have? And the full 28nm is way too much. I put 100% in simucube software but dial it down in iRacing to use a lesser percentage of it.
You mercadies gt3 car is so sick looking
Thanks a lot
I have pain in my arms while turning the wheel. My wrists feel fine but my arms get tired after 30 laps. I race oval and the next gen car.
Legend Daniel want you win Many Races🍀🍀👍👍
Thanks a lot
I just bought aluminium rig and i get pain in my scapulas, any ideas what might be good to change?
It seems like you are reaching if you are getting pain in your shoulder blade. Think about bringing the steering wheel a little bit closer to you so you are not reaching when you are rotating the wheel.
@@danielmorad thank you! Did this 2 days ago and it seem to help.
I have camo Moradness socks i recommend
Nice dude
@@danielmorad what i really working on now is a sim rig because i swear i almost broke my desk😂
Office chair and g920 pedals is a nightmare.
big one for me is shoulder pain
😂😂😂 love the intro🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
Got you hooked haha
Finally, socially acceptable mental ward grippy socks 🙏
HHaha exactly
My only SIM racing pain is in my shoulders, and only on Bathurst after multiple laps - such an intense circuit. Thanks for the video.
Epic. Hope this helps you out!!
@@danielmorad thanks for the reply. Two things I cannot get my head around - gloves and shoes for sim racing. I find bare feet the best as I can grip pedals with my toes. Gloves make no sense to me. However, if I ever get a "Your rig catches fire after a crash" mod for iRacing then I would regret not having fireproof gloves and shoes. cheers
"If you want to last longer....use more rubber!"
I love lasting longer....
in the sim
Haha exactly
Step 1 is to refrain from buying a nlr F-GT cockpit, absolutely abysmal for comfort in anything over half an hour of racing.
My back killing me plus my job and sim racing
Nope this video helps
😂😂😂😂the intro in so funny
You were hooked at the intro! 😂
One tip: Train your adductors and abductors.
Great tip
