Stronger & safer to square off the bolt head and fit into the box iron rather than tacking it to the tip.

How many mm is the diameter of the bolt you used ?
And what is the length of the trucks without the bolts ?
And what length are the bolts ?😂

I live in the U.S. so i used 5/8" bolts. The front trucks are 12" without the bolts. The back trucks are 8.5" without the bolts. The front bolts are 3 inches and the rear are 5 inches. Although if I were to make one again I would make the bolts at least half an inch longer just so I have the little more material to work with.

would it be possible to do this without a wielder?

You could you would just need to bolt everything together. You would also need to replace the bolts that hold on the wheels with a threaded rod that runs through the entire 1" square pipe and then just drill a couple holes and bolt it in.
