Try slightly larger batteries, eg 2600's, especially for night flying. You get a little more "pop", and longer flight times. The lights draw about 2.5 amps, so night flying is short with 2200's.
Hey John. Jason is doing great. He has relocated the family and it enjoying getting to know the local RC community. His son has started showing real interest in the hobby and he plans to do some videos about that journey very soon. Hope all is well.

Hello , I have one of these in my cart at flex innovations but one of there reviews says the customer found that the clevis'es & horns where poor quality. have you experienced the same ?
Hey there. We have not experienced this. Everything has held up great so far. We will do an inspection on the clevises and horns though and report back if we find anything concerning.
I just picked one of these up. They defiantly have some QA problems but I was curious in the manual it wants thing ca, and medium ca and specifically states don't use foam safe ca. I was under the impression that normal ca would melt foam. What did you guys use?
We are good. Thank you for your comment. We have had a lot of changes over the past 2 years but are really hoping to get the content flowing again in 2024. We ended up passing this plane on to a fellow club member and they are still having a blast with it.

Thank you for the tip, Tyler. We are thinking about picking up the 4S motor upgrade and giving that a try as well.
You mentioned that you can't do any inflight trimming. Can you please explain that. THANKS.
It would’ve been nice to have some answers to the questions that people are asking instead of all the meet and greet But did enjoy the video.
So tell how would this plane do on a glide or slope soaring , I like the size
This plane is not the cleanest aerodynamically. Not sure how it would do on the slope.
Did you get any snow where you live yet ?? Take care john
We got a little snow at Christmas time. It was nice.

This model is constructed of Elapor Foam which is compatible with regular CA glues. This took some getting used to for us when it first came out too.

Hi Jason just puked up another radio DX9
Puking up a radio doesn't sound healthy. You might want to see a doctor for that. LOL. All kidding aside...the DX9 is one of my favorite radios.
