@@Vanessabhealthtv I subscribed. It seems that the One Arm Row his a particularly weak spot for me. Are there any other exercises you recommend specifically for that muscle and area? Thanks!
@@congamike1 great thank you for subscribing! With the one arm row, you could sit down instead, wrap a long band around both feet and pull both elbows back simultaneously,being a 'seated row'. You can also do this standing with both arms if you can securely hook the band around something like a stair rail and then do straight arms back if the band is hooked at tummy height 😀 hope this helps! Hi Vanessa. following you again ( Bill the guy who wrote off his bike last year..) on my way to 70 in July . Really enjoying the prospect of filling my spare moments with your super exercises based on resistance bands... very much aware of muscle wastage at my age and still need to get my 1250 BMW (550 lbs) up on its centre stand which is becoming increasingly difficult - so your routines I am sure will help... greetings from a cold and damp late Nov. in the UK !

My parents are doing well in their early 70s, I'm sure you will be also especially in keeping strong and doing your regular exercise here 💪 You could also try my beginner weights workouts aswell on that Playlist to work on strength with something other than the bands 👌✅️ Anyway, try the Pilates routines and Stretch Playlist aswell if you like 👍 Do comment on each video and I look forward to hearing from you and seeing what you do here on my channel 😉 Reach out with any questions, anytime!
