0:40 I think I bit too firmly on my gauze and for too long. We forget that at some point, we have to remove the gauze. Biting too hard and long made it stick to the wound.
Eat papaya and not high protein foods for healing. Anti-inflammatories slow down healing. High dose vitamin c speeds it up and helps detox the anesthesia.
Thanks. They didn't say or write anything about tooth-brushing to me. You should have posted times regarding tooth-brushing, spitting, yawning, coughing, etc.
Agreed. The instructions I got weren't very clear about brushing your teeth with salt water instead of toothpaste. Also, with all that blood and saliva in your mouth, it's hard not to spit. Using a paper towel to wipe my my mouth is what helped me avoid the temptation to spit that bloody saliva out of my mouth. (For reference, this is the advice my Oral Surgeon gave me and I added my own tips/advice based on my own experience during the recovery ua-cam.com/video/l8JKRetG25I/v-deo.html )
I got my tooth extracted 7 days ago and Yesterday I think everything is closed up but when I looked in the mirror I noticed a small linear hole but it does not hurt at all... Is this normal? Should I talk to a dentist?
The procedure was rather painful didn't expect pain to radiate to inner ear or to feel like a tension headache in my mouth.
I had four wisdom teeth out a few weeks ago and Iam doing a lot better
