I hate it when these housing developments build houses so close to each other that you can actually see in your neighbor's house. God forbid that someone's house catches on fire, you might as well kiss your house goodbye because they're built on top of each other. Other builders should take a page from Abbott Pond when designing housing developments by building houses far enough apart. Well done Abbott pond! 👏👏👏👏

Obviously mortgage rates and your down payment have a considerable effect on your mortgage payment but with today's rates I did a quick calculation and you can expect a mortgage payment for this house to be a little over $3,000.
