Great explanation.....I always wondered why seller paid both sides, never made sense that seller paid the commission of the buyers agent.
Ultimately buyers are cash poor and with now needing more money to bring to the table for their agents commission, we will most likely see either the seller still paying it, a seller credit, or a lower price on the home. Especially in Delaware where we estimate closing costs before the agents commission is roughly 4% of the sale price and that doesn’t include the down payment
