Even though this guide is a couple of months old, looks like it will still be the definitive one for our friend Hogger!

Just to add one small thing: Hogger is kind of inconsistent with ally abilities that create terrain (Tass force wall, Leoric Entomb, Sonya Arreat Crater, ...). These count as terrain for Staggering blow (knocking people into them will stun them just like diablo can do it with his Q) but they do not count as terrain for Hog Wild: you will just spin through them as if they're not there (you can see it in the video on the triangle spin at the obj where Grubby spins straight through a force wall).
This can be important to know because it means things like this are not a problem for you because you can just spin through, but also means you sadly cannot blender spin into an ally Leoric entomb.

Hogger's D is marked with semi-transparent white contour, just like walls, towers, etc. It's a different sort of terrain and iirc Hogger is the only hero that can create this type of terrain.
You can still make blender but with Hogger's D and R creating another D.

One thing i've not seen mentioned a lot, that also counts for Sonya: receiving damage gives you rage/fury.
Enemies that attack fast like tracer/DVA/Tassadar give a lot of rage/fury which makes Hogger and Sonya much stronger.
Also to add on on no control: using it means you have 5 seconds to take a drink or pet your dog.

My main Hogger build:
Journeyman Cooking - not for the quest but for insta 8% heal per hero hit. In GM you can probably rely on your healer. Try to do that in QM.
Brute Force - Hogger's AA is very slow. But up to extra 150 AA damage is a massive boost. And you do not need to do anything special to stack it.
Furzerker - With stacked Brute Force this talent shows its value. You can do over 700 damage with a single AA to someone you have just stunned.
