This is the fourth and last episode of our Lore Essentials series. You should now be ready for Assassin's Creed Origins... We hope you enjoyed watching the series as much as we enjoyed making it ! ;-)
So far, one gripe I have with Origins is that you activate the Isu devices and Bayek doesn't even acknowledge what he just witnessed. He interacts with something he can't even begin to comprehend and just merrily walks away like nothing even happened.
Yeah he acknowledges very few of these, a few tie into the main campaign but there is some dialogue with him talking about his discoveries.. but they didn't do as good of a job as they did in AC2 And Brotherhood... The cutscenes and everything were phenomenal and made my head spin just thinking about how they tie together.. origins was disappointing with their implement of the first civilization.. and I can't imagine Odyssey being any better. That game doesn't even remotely look like an AC game.
@@nolifeguy1 I know this is old but I wanted to explain anyway. Im not sure exactly why but I believe the reason Bayek doesnt acknowledge the Isu messages is because he doesnt hear them. Only Layla hears the messages. Again I can't quite remember why this is but yeah.
@@steel2572 see, I would agree with that. But in assassin's Creed II , Ezio sees one of the 'gods' or whatever, as she's addressing Desmond. He himself even said "Who is this Desmond?" This game, and it's lore confuse the hell out of me.
@@benparsons4979 And today the Templars are still in control, except today they are Freemasons. This game has a lot of truth in it, you just need to understand it. So much illuminati/satanic symbolism.
I hope that in AC Origins there Modern day.. Some people have already receive their game from ubisoft.. That make me so sad I wan't to play itt I can handle anymore hahah
AC GAMER im not gonna tell you but that's not it. It was disappointing. Don't get your hopes up. It's still better than ac4,unity, rogue, and syndicates modern day. Ill tell you whomthe modern day protagonist is if you want.
Assassin's creed origins shed some light on how the Isu are able to reach out through time the Ancient mechanisms segments recorded by the Issue for Layla. They reveal that with they are able to percieve time and space differently due to their high intelligence, it's like language with different tunes, They are able to calculate future events by interpreting the language and the different tunes.
All of this all just reminds me how bad they've mucked up the sci-fi part of this series. I've always loved the dual storytelling of the modern day mixed with the period piece. A small band of modern assassins hiding from the big bad Abstergo while they try to find a Piece of Eden to turn the tide was a great template.
tyrael864 I remember back in the Desmond days there was an air of mysticality and crypticism about the First Civilization. Seems a shame to see it solved but it was inevitable, I suppose
Another point : The Isus started to breed with some humans. Adam and Eve were the first generation of those childs, They started the rebellion because the eden apples has no effects on their mind and they saw "above the illusion". Also they are the first "humans" to have the eagle sens, its a part of the Isu DNA legacy.
Even in reality, learning about the superior ancient civilizations of Greece, Mayan and India, reading their scriptures of philosophy and sciences, it's a great deal of mystery how they had knowledge of such thinking, engineering, arts and medicine in a time before 1000 BC. It's as if they had a connection to their gods or some supreme being.
Learn about actual history. There were many civilisations preceding them. For Greeks, there was the Archaic period and Minoan culture. Elsewhere in the Middle East, Phoenicians, Hittites, Persians, Babylonians, Sumerians, Assyrians, Egyptians, at least. For Mayan, there was the Olmecs. For India, Indus valley civilisation.
So why did the Humans get divided? Does it even explain? They all united to fight the ISU , the boom happens and boths sides got wreked but ISU went underground. What happened to Humans after that? We know that the order of Ancients which is the ancestor of the Templars dates back to 1000 BC Egypt and they were ISU symphtizers and transhumanists. But Now JUNO is working with Templars to evolve the human and create a hybrid human isu peeople?? What was going on in between the Cataclysm and 1000 BC? Were there migrations of Humans going into Greece, India, Egypt that were like the Sea Peoples ? Indo Europeans? And then 1000 BC these humans royals wanted to go back and become like the ISU? Is that when Assasin and Templars split?

I have always wondered if the templars opposed Juno like the assassins. After hearing all of this my suspicion is confirmed. Their motto was my clue. Think about it-Juno says she "will save us" by establishing her domination over humanity by any means necessary. Sounds like what a templar would say, wouldn't you say? Still if Origins is the last game of the franchise, in it everything will be revealed-if indeed what I said about the templars is true, therefore it may help put an end to this eternal conflict between the two fractions, and will the assassins manage to stop Juno.
In the comics, otso berg and a group of assassins work to stop the instruments and juno herself. So, the templars do not take it lightly when some of their order betrays them. I think in origins, they will fight with the assassins against their common enemy
We will find out soon enough. But I wouldn't be surprised if the templars join Juno, only to betray her and then try to control the world and be defeated by the assassins, again (first from chronological point of view).

You guys should look into a book called the Adam and Eve story recently declassified by the cia but it’s missing over 100 pages. Very interesting stuff. It talks about an ancient advanced civilization that was wiped out by a global cataclysm. In the book he mentions ancient Egypt, Peru, meso America Easter island and Lebanon as colonies of “Atlantis” (the advanced global civilization that was wiped out about 13,000 years ago).. if you look into ancient Egypt and Peru you will see that the oldest architecture is the most advanced as if they had just moved in. Look into the work of brien forester graham Hancock and Randall Carlson amongst others. It really is very interesting!!
They we're to busy fighting a war with the humans to pay attention and they all we're doing their own thing etc , ik I'm surprised they didn't create actually advance hyperspace spaceships and create robots that can do manual labor and mine resources and build things for them , robots can work 24/7 and don't need food etc like humans just a usual repair and energy source

Look I really don’t like how the Isu where okay with enslaving a sentient species, but look at the individuals, not to make harsh generalizations. Juno and Aita where obviously bad apples in their quest for Isu Supremacy, having not moral fiber in going to whatever lengths to achieve their goals. But there was also Jupiter and Minerva who tried to save their species as well as the majority of humanity from the devastating solar flare. I’m generally pretty new to this series, but the fact that Juno would rather die and take the rest of her species with her to the grave rather than see the humans as equals, by sabotaging Minerva’s Eye Project, is outright genocidal insanity.
The ISU are more advanced than humans but still have personalities like us doing good or evil etc, and I'm trying to figure out why didn't they just make robots, and have the robots mine resources, build and maintain civilization etc
@@alfisetya3629 In the AC universe, Gods and Goddesses were inspired by the Isu. I wouldn't be surprised if the Egyptian Gods featured in AC Origins are of Isu origin.
I'll be surprised if they created the ancient hindu gods in the series which is indo aryanic race (mahabharata timeline) instead of modern dravidian india race
Bad move on Ubisofts part to kill off Desmond, but when I heard that Juno will become the main antagonist I thought about how great of a conclusion it would be for the assassins and Templars to work together to stop her. Alas, Desmond's son turns out to be a sage and with that Ubisoft threw away a perfectly good character that should've been the new protagonist. Hopefully Desmond will return from the grey.
So these guys can genetically engineer new species and make almost magical weapons but they can’t divert a solar flare or create shielding on the planet to protect themselves from it? That’s just bad writing. Why did the humans survive and not the lanky super humans?
The scenery overall looks great. As with all AC games the part fiction part history makes the imagination work and get into the game. Don't like the spear thing he uses as a weapon seen in other previous gameplays, seems a bit clumsy. Don't like the points appearing each time he kills an enemy, its not an arcade of the 90s. During each battle he seems to be frequently turning his back going away and coming back instead of using his shield or other defense, making circles around the enemy. Hope this is depending the gameplay/style of each player and not a permanent, necessary thing. Don't mind the small imperfections here and there its inhuman to expect of them in such a vast open world game to have no small flaws at all, if I want absolute reality i'll visit Egypt one day. Though skeptical a bit, have been buying all AC games and I'm buying Origins also.
There are things I learned by watching this vidéo o_O x). I played all the main AC episodes but I have to say it's been a while... so I forgot a bit what's behind all of that. Thanks guys ;)
Ok so where is this story in Origins. I only started playing the game after I got into the story of the Esu or Isu. But it's like Ubisoft forgot about this story why? What happened to the daughter of eve? What happened with Juno? Is this info in a comic?
Could you make a new video about the audio messages you can hear in the tombs of origins? I understand nearly nothing from it. It appeals to me that Ubisoft had no real clue where to head next with the story and so they only included very little fragments to the story but utterly complicated. Almost like: If they can't understand it, they won't notice it's literally nothing. :(
i know desmond is dead but i jist really want to see him make a return and make the present day great again. id love to see him return and form a new assassin brotherhood to stop juno and the templars
I watched many videos about the Isu, but there is still something that I don't understand : if the Isu were that superior to mankind, how come did they disapear instead of humans ?
That would be cool, I loved playing assassin's Creed black flag and just explore the old Mayan ruins everywhere and just listen to the background music
Juno is a damn monster. Templar’s and Assassins should at least put their war on hold to deal with the FW. Though they are probably too entrenched at the moment, and of course their conflicting interests are getting in the way, I just hope the Templar’s wouldn’t want to go along completely with Juno’s goal right?
I’m not going to spoil it, but there’s multiple videos and comics that explains the events after ac3 and what happened to Juno. Let’s just say it ended in the comics.
so by juno and scientist grab juno dna and implanting it into a synthetic human dna, shell basically be reborn each time she's murdered as well, like aita but in human form every generation, so assasin's and templars will have generations of battles against her for centuries, maybe at some point there'll be an ending to juno and her devilish plans against humanity, one thing is for sure i've read the comics of assassin's creed and templars plus played the games as well, it is true assassins and templars are working together behind the scenes to stop the followers of juno and juno her self from ever returning in mortal form.
Shashwat Mathur But Conner is more of a realistic person than Ezio. Therefore in my opinion conner is a better assassin while Ezio is the best hero figure in the game.

Best recap i've seen thanks!
If they had technology far beyond our comprehension
How come they didn't have space travel
Stargate made them redundant. In addition their immortality was only possible on earth, thus creating an anchor
@@NarasimhaDiyasenawinger4940 Heh. meanwhile those like old one era(/Sirius era) Humankind from another able to do that unlike the isu's chances from back then (even though despite from the latter being still....technologically(??) advanced than the former's).
winger 4940 also probably because of ubisoft writers.
and probably some kind of 'consistency' to the assassin's creed's nature? who knows?

isu Arrogance at their height. probably, perhaps.
This is what peaked my interest in AC now I don't play. Please bring back the story of the first civilian.
i like how this entire backstory is essentially a Zecharia Sitchin rip off :D
Man I wish in the future they make an assassin creed game where we play as an isu protagonist which takes place in the ancient isu era. Really wanna know more about them other than just reading it on Wikipedia or watching videos.
the isu era ironically could be like a modern world
Most video-based Lore-focused(???) ones (especially here on this Damned site's) are just....Unfortunately, yeah.
@KOGFanstarks1610 (in in-game visual portrayals that I so far only remembered-speaking): I'm not sure about you, man. they look ISA Alpha Centauri A System branch-like architectural design level enough (a bit) to me though....
at least when viewing those isu-homey cities from afar.

awesome video, now i understand everything about isus ! thanks
Love your vids man
Does anyone know/remember where the Juno related clips near the end are from? e.g. the one at 7:30?
AC Syndicate
In Assassins Creed: Origins there are Giant enemies. Could they be remnants of the Ancient Esu? What do people think?
Callum Miller No they are Egyptian God and Goddess Sekhmet, Sobek and Anubis
@@alfisetya3629 In the AC universe, Gods and Goddesses were inspired by the Isu. I wouldn't be surprised if the Egyptian Gods featured in AC Origins are of Isu origin.
I'll be surprised if they created the ancient hindu gods in the series which is indo aryanic race (mahabharata timeline) instead of modern dravidian india race
2:18 what game is this part from?
You know why gold guys? Because they are aliens (annunakis)
GOLD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ANUNNAKI! READ SOMETHING NOT CONNECTED TO ZACARIAH SITCHIN.

Soviet UnionBall shhhhhhhhhhhhhh nothing to see here move along
Great video man!!!!
Wait how did the pieces of Eden relate to television?
Whats the soundtrack at 0:37 !!!
Assassin’s Creed 3 / Lorne Balfe - What Came Before (Track 24)
Stabs Abs someone did not play RPG before. Also you can turn off the numbers
killing desmond stopped me from ever playing another ac game. worst story decision you could of made
The parallels are in other religions, too! Notably Sumerian.
Which comics or books should I read to know the story od Desmond's son or Juno followers? I've read only first 6 Olivier Bowden's books
I love Ur content man 😍😍😍😍
I was so confused after ac odyssey..
But this makes sense now
There are things I learned by watching this vidéo o_O x). I played all the main AC episodes but I have to say it's been a while... so I forgot a bit what's behind all of that. Thanks guys ;)
I know it's considered pseudohistory, but what if the annunaki existed, what if :')
Excellente vidéo
How on earth is that thumbnail still monetized lol
Ok so where is this story in Origins. I only started playing the game after I got into the story of the Esu or Isu. But it's like Ubisoft forgot about this story why? What happened to the daughter of eve? What happened with Juno? Is this info in a comic?
will you make a video about layla's animus?
Could you make a new video about the audio messages you can hear in the tombs of origins?
I understand nearly nothing from it. It appeals to me that Ubisoft had no real clue where to head next with the story and so they only included very little fragments to the story but utterly complicated. Almost like: If they can't understand it, they won't notice it's literally nothing. :(
i know desmond is dead but i jist really want to see him make a return and make the present day great again. id love to see him return and form a new assassin brotherhood to stop juno and the templars
From which AC is the footage from 2:18 ?
David Wankmüller AC Rogue
Thx, have it but never completed it.
hey anyone know what's the song title at the end of the video?
I watched many videos about the Isu, but there is still something that I don't understand : if the Isu were that superior to mankind, how come did they disapear instead of humans ?
I’m naming my son Desmond, named after assassins creed
Nice video, but I don't understand why didn't Minerva warn Desmond about Juno plans when she first contacted him through ezio?
I really wish theyd touch on south america with the Inca Mayan and all the massive structures that legit predate them
That would be cool, I loved playing assassin's Creed black flag and just explore the old Mayan ruins everywhere and just listen to the background music
What the soundtrack name in the end ?
#R.I.P Desmond Miles
Well done!
Where did the Isi come from
What does ISU stand for?
/watch?v=ePvzgSPtNhc
Assassin's Creed Univers Merci ! J'irai voir :) et concernant les illustrations ? C'est quoi ? Des comics canon ? Et pour le fils de Desmond ? Oo
Wat the ISU abbreviation meaning
Didn't even know Desmond had a son. Who was the mother?
lucy
Ezio is better than any Assassin
Shashwat Mathur But Conner is more of a realistic person than Ezio. Therefore in my opinion conner is a better assassin while Ezio is the best hero figure in the game.
Shashwat Mathur I’m late but without Bayek none would exist
Why is there satanic symbolism at 4:20? Expected nothing more from ubisoft
The Isu also made it tto the 9th century.
The story of AC is almost at MGS levels of ridiculous, and I say that in a good way.
Hmmm sounds like the Anunaki
Yes
so great ^_^ video of @AssassinsCreed worldview
quelle direction
I miss Desmond :(
They need to make an assassin's creed game where you play as a esu
