I think we should bring the coach before Durand Cup. This way he can see which player are deserving.
Unless we develop football in the grassroot level we can not popularise football in India. For that the following steps should be compulsorily done. The AIFF will should undertake atleast 20 schools all over India to develop football in that 20 schools. The state football president should undertake atleast 10 schools in that state to develop football in that 10 schools. The district president of football should undertake atleast 1 school in that district to develop football in that district. They should give football kids to the schools students free. If they are unable to do so they should resign their post for betterment of Indian football.
