After our World Cup qualification fiasco, Stimac vs AIFF dirt, and numerous bad things happening in Indian football, it was great to know that there are individuals like Anuj and many others like him who are doing great work for the upliftment of the game in our country and that too in an environment which is completely non-favorable for a sport like football. The key takeaway from this podcast was again that we have to invest heavily in age group formats to build the supply of a larger pool of players on top level.

What's your age my brother that will tell if you are late to achieve your dream. Generally a person should start their football journey at mere age of 12-13 Or even earlier and then work hard to become expert till 18-19 , by 20-24 you should already have an established career in football.
Only qualifying the WC and making a just worse result don't make the revaluation. It might be fluke. Actual revaluation would be qualifying the WC continuously as it makes the ecosystem actually sustainable. So that we need to work on making the right mindset of Indian players to refuse huge money offered by the ISL champions like my own loved one, Mohun Bagan or Mumbai City fc or Odisha....
