I wore Mac Twig lipstick (muted brownish pink) and Spice lipliner for years! Back in the 80s/90s I didn't have a lot of makeup - I had my favs and wore them over and over. Mary Kay Taupe eyeshadow was another - wish they still made it.
Twig was my 90’s color too!

Hey Lisa...one of your BEST Friday hauls ever!! I've ordered from Dissh. You're exactly right about the heaviness of the fabric, but the quality is fabulous!! I kept one of the dresses I bought, a black elbow sleeve maxi. The only issue for me, and maybe your other subscribers might like to know, is that the dresses run very long. The way they are finished off at hem and the way they flow, I don't know if they can be hemmed. I haven't worn mine yet, because of the height of shoe I'd need to keep it off the floor is just a bit too high for me (5'6") 58 years old. Gotta find the right shoes. I LOVE the pleated dress you showed!!! You have on some pretty high platforms to keep that one off the ground. Don't think the dresses in this brand would work for anyone on the shorter side. Your hair is GORGEOUS today, and so are you!! Hugs from Georgia, near Savannah! 😘

I think this last cut with the long bangs suits you more than any cut you've done. I also think the last lipstick the Laura Mercier suit you, darker lip with blond hair is always good in my opinion and it's not really that dark, you can put the Celeste over it to lighten it.

Lisa I was a big fan of the supermodels of the 90’s that I grew up with, as I know you did as well since we are both in our 50’s. I was sad to hear of Tatiana Patitz passing last month of breast cancer, she was only 56. 😢 Maybe you could do a video with her as an inspiration, just a thought. ♥️♥️

Hi Lisa, I also love Bobbi Brown lipsticks and Revlon Super Lustrous too. I have the Bobbi Brown Luxe lipsticks in Pink Nude, Pale Mauve, Almost Bare and Rosewood. I bought the Rosewood after I saw you review it. It is such a pretty nude color. These lipsticks are really lovely and they look pretty on you. I also wear Beige 2 which you said was a classic. Wow...can’t wait to try some of those lipsticks Lisa! Love those dresses as well! Have you ever tried the Gisou hair oil? I think you would probably love it! I tried it after watching a professional make-up artist in Paris use it. I’ve never had a hair oil work that well though I have yet to try the Colleen Rothschild one. My hair is very dry and damaged from colouring and this oil makes it look super healthy. I highly recommend it.

Lisa, please ask your hairstylist for your blonde color formula. I especially love the lovely lightest two blonde colors that frame your beautiful face and the ivoryish shade on top! I adore your coloring. It is supet flattering, neutral leaning cool.

I love that Chanel always wants to be with you when doing a video. She is so darn cute. A bunch of very interesting lipsticks. I have so many lipsticks now it is crazy. LOL Sometimes I just cannot resist when I see a color that I love. I gave up on Mac a long time ago. They just had too many limited editions that seemed to come out every month and were not very good. I think their regular colors are fantastic though. I hit pan several times with Rice Paper. I just refuse to cave into the "need" to have all of their limited stuff. People like you opened my eyes to different brands with exceptional quality and yes higher prices. I think Mac is great as a mid range price point. I still have a lot of their blushes as well. Remember Stereo Rose? LOL Man the things everyone was going through to get their hands on that. So funny,.
