Hi Lisa, a fun fact.... I used to live in Santa Monica and Venice, California. Tower 28 was/is the lifeguard station down on the beach in Santa Monica. I imagine the company who made the cosmetics named the product after that tower. I loved how you had fashion, home goods, make-up, dupes, all of it. So fun to watch. I stillnhave my 1st Victoria Secret robe from 1987 that my MIL bought me when I had my youngest son. It looks like the day I got it and Ive almost donated it twice and took it out of tbe bag. Im keeping it forever because its a beautiful floral and I love it.❤ Some things ARE forever lol😊

Lisa, think of your room as you do your clothing or your fabulous style. Layer with just enough accessories to complete the look. You would never wear just a dress…it would have the coordinating bag or shoes plus jewelry & shades to add interest. Go off colors from your rug to add items that will give your room texture and soft layers. ❤

I’m excited to shop with you during the Nordstrom sale! I’m the lowest status, so the good stuff is usually gone by the time I get in, but I still enjoy watching everyone else shop! I didn’t get a brochure so I have no idea what they will have this year…hopefully some new goodies.

Lisa, just a few low floor plants ( In a cool basket or ceramic if you prefer) would just brighten up some of the empty spaces for now. Everyone is so afraid of plants...I don't know why.
Water once a week & move it around to where it thrives best.

Loved this video! Recently, my husband went on his annual backpacking trip to Yosemite and said that he had a much easier time because he’d been walking with me everyday:) Also, the Peony Pink lipstick is a winner especially with the paradise liner! (I also like either liners: Smokey pink or Hugh from Makeup by Mario)

Great video! I think you will enjoy changing up your bed linens more often. I have always changed linens on a regular basis, usually every month, sometimes more often. I keep all the comforters, duvet covers, sheets, and decor pillows in complimentary colors, patterns, etc. I have probably 5 different sets, that I can mix and match so many ways. It’s like a capsule wardrobe for my bed!😉

If you buy Rimmel’s Candy color lipstick , it looks very similar to the peony lipstick. Also, you can make any lip color be layered by this one and it will add a pearlescent look and lighten up the color/ highlight!!

Lisa, as soon as you held them up, I jumped on those Steve Madden St. Tropez sandals. They came today and I LOVE them!!! They may be the tiniest bit big (I am sometimes a 7.5, most often an 8, and I ordered the 8. But they will work and they are gorgeous. I may have to spring for those Hermes dupes as well. Thanks!

Hi Lisa ! What I have learned (since recently moving from Midwest to Florida ) wallpaper random walls to make a BIG impact . I have done our entry way bedrooms and couple random large walls .
I so agree about the shopping in person. I loved shopping at Belk, even though it's about 10 miles away. Well, now it's a Belk Outlet and they have almost all winter clothing there. Real helpful in Florida! I wanted to look for new bath rugs/towels. They don't carry any of it. And the makeup counters are gone😢
Your rugs ground your space. Try Geometry towels for your kitchen. They are awesome towels and very absorbent plus they’re a work of art.

Excited for the Anniversary sale! I love doing a Home refresh design changes and what you like changes over time I think it’s the best pick me up especially as you stated you moved into a new home and needed everything right away and that somewhat takes away from your normal decision on what you really want to just get it completed! Yes kitties and rugs are not always the best combination 😂it can be frustrating but can’t be upset with them 😊excited for your videos coming up ! After the 4th retail will be headed towards Autumn releases and I love new seasonal clothes makeup and still love the back to school newness that comes with it! Happy 4th !❤️🤍💙
I wish I could could change my bedding at least 4 times a year.. but where does one store all of it!? Lol
those vaccum seal bags really help!! They reduce the size of things like pillows and bigger duvets by 70% :) I only have one double closet for my linenes and I have 4 sets for my Queen bed - spare room, 5 Sets for my king bed, and my sons I keep in his own closet.
I know!! I guess if you aren’t sick of it and want to keep like mine, maybe hang?! I’ll let you know, it’s easier when it’s a duvet and not the entire bulky comforter etc 🩷😘

I remember, years ago, I had a lightweight cotton floral summer dress that I absolutely LOVED. After washing and wearing it so many times over the years, the fabric became quite threadbare, and I had to throw it away. I always wished I had bought more than one. I still think about that dress! I always felt amazing whenever I put it on.

HERMES ORAN sandals are extremely comfortable and the quality is amazing !I have a few pairs for may years, and they remain in perfect condition. It really worth the price. I will try the Steve ones anyway, they look amazing too. Thanks Lisa
I don't have the Oran sandals, but feel the same about the brand's quality. I have the Hermes Tandem sandals and the color is black though and through. So, if they are scuffed, it really doesn't show much. It took awhile to break mine in, but now they are perfect.
