My first truck I actually jerry rigged a body lift by drilling through solid bricks and installing them with longer lag bolts from tractor supply. One of the bricks broke and my cab started rocking back and forward when I was driving my truck. Ah good times
Reminds me of the time I bought a rust bucket of a ford ranger truck that looked great on the inside, found out after driving 30 miles that the leaf spring in the back was held up by 1x4's of which the ones making it level had wiggled out while driving, only a single 1x4 was left holding the leaf spring upon arrival at home. The suspicious brand new cheap bedliner was hiding the hole the spring made when the bracket failed & the spring went through the bed. I installed a brand-new Leaf spring bracket, next time I drove it, the water pump blew. Fun times when you try to go the cheap route & "make it work". Good times indeed.
There are tests here on UA-cam, pitting Harbor Freight's higher end, but still inexpensive, Icon tools against Snap On. The Icon tool very often beats the Snap On.
Lol I was a little guilty of this. But at least I have actually nice looking LED's with a good pattern instead of those horrendous HID headlights. Those are the ugliest thing known to the car community. I mean unless you trying to totally blue out your car/truck lol
So are fake chromed plastic Buick fender holes. I one saw a 57 Chevy hood ornament on a hood scoop on a Tundra. It also had a rear wing. Crazy stuff they sell at Pep Boys and Auto Zone.

This is really accurate! I’m 19 years old and have ALL those mods on my truck, except the plastidip I refuse to put that on my truck at all, I have two light bars! I also own a Ford Ranger😂
Love the list guys. The only one I have to oppose would be the cheap light bar mod. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't turn away one of those high dollar light blasting bastards. But I've been running a $30 20" bar I bought off Wish 2 years ago and that lil dude has been solid! Surprisingly bright, no water on the inside, all my led's are burning. I wanted to get a nice set of locking lug nuts. Instead of spending $500 I decided to go with $80 for the Chinese set. When they arrived I was tickled to death because you could not tell the difference between the expensive set and the knockoff Chinese set. I went to install them with the special locking key, put on 1st wheel, went to the 2nd wheel, installed three more lug nuts. And the special key stripped out. I contacted the company in China and it was like talking to an earthworm here in the USA. After waiting 2 months and driving around with two different style lugnuts.I had to end up buying a second set just to purchase the special key to remove all of the lug nuts that I put on. on the last lug nut the key stripped out as well. I had to use vise grips to get the last lugnut off. I won't ever buy cheap Lugnuts again!!!!

Ran tons of Amazon lights on vehicles for years and never had a single issue with any on them. Headlights, pods, bars all used almost every night of the week for thousands of hours.
Had a 32" light bar behind the grille of my 2014 gmc Sierra...off amazon for around $30. And it worked perfect for 5 years and still was working perfectly when I sold the truck two months ago
Exactly. My life doesn’t depend on it. Just some extra light on dark roads. Going on two years with mine; still works. When it quits, I’ll cough up another $30.
Same I have had mine for a year now 03 excursion put a 32 inch in the original fog light hole in the bumper very few people ever notice it. Only used it when working in the dark or in the pasture at night. Still works great
I plastidipped my wheels and I freaking loved it. Had no regrets. $35 bucks to black out my wheels for two years. No problem taking it off. Best investment i made on my car. 10/10 would do again.

When I was 16, my family had a 1987 Toyota Tacoma with a blown motor and sun damage to the paint job, gotta love North Carolina. Plasti dipped the truck but we had a wrecked 1989 Ford mustang with a 5.0 So we took the short box bench seat Toyota, installed the powertrain from the mustang and a adapter kit which was custom made, in the Toyota. 6 inch procomp suspension and a 2 inch body lift on 38 mud tires. Used to lock the front hubs and would bark all 4 tires lol great truck, lot of fun and yeah the mud never came out but it was built for mudding. Original paint was red, and turned pink in some spots, yellowish red in others. Rhino liner the bed, had to spot weld the holes. Plasti dip was desert drab. Exhaust was shot from the original motor and the mustang so my father paid to have a borla exhaust from headers back. Ugly as sin, loud as hell, rode nice on the road, beast in the mud. Prior to motor swap, the 5.0 had a 0.20 over bore, and was a complete rebuild. New crank cam heads rockers push rods valves and seals. It had a 5 speed manual, complete rebuild with a stage 2 skunk short throw kit. Truck was hit by a drunk driver while getting gas. Driver tried to drive away but his vehicle was too damaged. Turns out he was a illegal and no insurance on there truck. Truck was parted out after that. Destroyed the cab but the powertrain was good.
I will admit to many of these mods, first thing I did when I got my 2000 silverado was cut the muffler out and told the muffler shop to weld in a piece of pipe, definitely didn’t make it faster but it sounds pretty great if you ask me😂 also the $40 eBay cold air intake, I don’t see how K&N’s are any different, it’s in the same place and it’s a piece of tube. And of course, I put an Amazon light bar, I do use It though and it still works good. Lastly I’ll admit to being 18 right now and doing all these within the last year😂😂 but if it makes you feel better I just got headers and I’m about to have a full custom exhaust built for my truck, then a tune.
Wow, it's always interesting to see what new mods, (and I use that word sparingly), the younger generation is doing to their vehicles. In my day, (70's - 80's), it was traction bars that did not have a strap on the front ends, to stop them from virtually digging into the asphalt under hard braking at speed, and literally tearing the rear end right out from under the car. Or the air shocks that we installed to fit larger wheels/tires under our fenders in the back, which not only made the vehicle ride stiff, but also changed the front to rear center of gravity, causing it to be able to spin the tires much easier but also adversely affected handling.
I bought a 1969 Ford mercury Monarch from AM track for $1.00 from my uncle 1992 has the drops to go on the track . We did drop on the track a couple of time and go by traffic with the gate Down . Young and dumb But I was the first of our group to get freedom a car. The neighbors called it the cloud car. Primer with blue. Tomato can to line exhaust system and we pass the emissions test. He probably did light coats and the dip had texture. You’re supposed to do wet coats to have a smooth surface but wet coats can lead to runs so ppl play it save with super light coats.
Back when I was 17, I bought a 55 GMC farm truck. The mods I've done to it are an Accel Super Stock Ignition Coil, Custom Dual Exhaust with Thrush glasspacks that I built in my highschool shop, whitewall mud and snow tires that are staggered in size (215/75R15 front - 235/75R15 rear) and put on some baby moondisc hubcaps. Now I'm currently building a custom rear bumper and trailer hitch combination because my original rear bumper is missing.
Took the exhaust manifold off my ‘85 Toyota pickup. Wouldn’t run without the back pressure. Second you left off the gas, dead. But it was loud as hell. Like two dumpsters having intercourse.
You should definitely do a collab vid with DYC regarding plasti dip. It'll be good viewership for the both of you and you will most likely find a new love for plasti dip! Cheers
He should actually read this and then go watch dyc's response video to this. It's sad how negative he is about his own failure to correctly use the product.
Since the few times we've dipped entire vehicles on personal projects hasn't gone as well as we hoped for we've decided to stick to wheels, tires, and suspension, and let Fonz remain king of dip. We are stoked to visit his facility in April and learn the RIGHT way to do it, from the expert himself!
I've done pretty much all of this in younger years... Pretty satisfying to know I wasn't the only one. Definitely avoid all of these if you can but at the same time I think doing what you can afford at a young age sets the stage for keeping interest for better ideas with experience. If I hadn't body-lifted and put HID's on my '99 Explorer I don't know if I'd be looking at full suspension lift systems and LED headlights for my newer F-150 today. Great video and thank you
You guys are ridiculous, these mods are awesome. I removed one lugnut off each tire to reduce weight and I can feel a performance improvement already. Hahahahaha! I'm only kidding great video I can honestly say I'm guilty for 2 of these and I was about to do a third till I seen this video about the light bar haha I was going to go cheap on Amazon but after what i just heard, I'm spending that extra dollar
Only 1? Come on man you only really need 2 lug nuts at most. Get that rotational weight down and feel the extra throttle response you get! If you wanna get really fancy you can Swiss cheese your tires, especially the sidewalls. Just drive fast and the rotational force will push the tires out, no need for air and no need for that extra rubber either!
I bought my light at on Amazon for 50$, came with the wiring harness and everything. I bought it in 2017, had it on two different cars and it still works and looks new to this day surprisingly.
The cheap LEDs off Amazon actually work pretty good. I have a desert race track in Colorado and they have held up well I bought piaa hella and rigid over the years and they work great. But I've been surprised how well the cheap ones work as well.
All your plastidip problems are from user error. Properly applied product will do none of those things you’ve mentioned. I would recommend you and everyone that has a negative mindset about plastidip to go check out DipYourCar. The plastidip world has evolved so far it’s incredible and DYC makes it as simple as possible for a DIY product. When it’s applied correctly, you will achieve results you didn’t think were possible.
Yeah if you had problems with your plasti dip it's from user error. Having problems taking off is either from not enough product or not prepping correctly. Off road wise your completely right diy products definitely not meant to be. If you want a removable dip that's gonna hold up the best and be damage and chemical resistant look into autoflex is so much better of a product. Is not diy friendly and should only be installed by professionals
Plasti dipped my Grill badges and rims. Rims held good for a while but i feel they just have to many spokes, stock 04 wj limited rims. But Less spokes easier the job and it holds up a lot better. My badges and grill are still dipped 3 years later. Actually been thinking of peeling my grill and redoing it for something to do!

I assumed the cheap cold air intakes would suck so I went with k&n. The K&N cold air intake is cool. It sounds and looks really good. For me the sound/hum kicks in at about 2000 RPM. Worth every penny and "so far so good" on my engine temps during towing. I've had it a few weeks ago we'll see what happens.
The “Dip your car” dudes are really good about addressing these issues. If you do the job right, it’s peelable. Those guys are passionate about dipping, so I suggest giving their channel a look. It’s interesting to see what they can do. Dipping gets a bad rap, and it appears to be due to a lack of info.

Its been proven that a 4 stroke engines (all cars today) dont need back pressure from the exhaust the valves are all shut during compression. Its better for performance to remove all the restrictions. You only need back pressure in 2 strokes motors which is literally no cars today.
Plasti Dip rocks I've done 2 trucks one of them was my GMC Yukon hunting truck that went thru south Texas brush like a champ. And when I sold it it peeled off in big sections and the paint looked great under it. Instead of blaming the product you need to claim responsibility for a shitty install.
that white headlight beam shot tells me that you have the wrong bulbs in that truck, if they're still there. its all over the place. same exact problem you have with hids, just not as bright. it may have the cutoff, but its messy underneath it. one hotspot in the middle, with a mostly even fade out to the edges. not that.. mess. get some morimoto 2stroke leds specifially for your bulb type or another decent brand. i have no idea what those are, but if that's what they output in a halogen housing, they're trash. if the led isn't placed _exactly_ where the filament hotspot is on a halogen bulb of a given type, you get scatter. with 3-4 emitter leds (around/on top of the housing, not next to each other on the pcb) its just worthless and those should be avoided at all costs. headlight revolution has a lovely little video they made to show the difference between good bulbs and terrible ones. the dip thing has been addressed. anything between the intake start point and your engine itself that doesn't free flow or have massive amounts of forced induction (turbos/scs) is a bottleneck. full stop. don't put it in. if you're gonna cheap out, avoid the silly looking knock off K&N filters and buy an actual K&N filter that fits your stock air filter box. then save up to get a proper cold air system. everything else is snake oil. douchebag exhaust is douchey and people will hate you for it at some point. and frankly, in most cases, serves no beneficial purpose. if you ain't racing it, leave that crap alone, or get a variable tune muffler if you just gotta have the noise. open it when you're away from people, and close it most of the way when you're in the neighborhood. one of the previous owners of my truck slapped on a high flow mangaflow 3.5 inch muffler. the exhaust itself is a 2.5OD. with the particular type of truck it is, going too large with the exhaust actually causes power loss. someone was an idiot.
I'm definitely the light bar guy. I had 3 light bars on the front of my old truck and I had one on the back of the bed so when someone was driving behind me with their brights on..... wow. I'm surprised I didnt get ran off the road lol.

Don't do it! Get a small body lift (2-3") and larger tires. Automatically increases truck height by 6" or more and it still looks porportional. Also won't have HP and torque issues.
Man i wish all truck owners (or anybody modifying a vehicle) was forced to watch this. Sooooo many squatted truck where i live with fully gutted exhaust, blue led head/foglights and light bars on public roads being complete dbags
I have 99 Olds bravada that I have chopped the exhaust off of, put a rough country 52" curved light bar, new summer tires. My plans are to tune the engine, nicer suspension and tires, roof rack and lots of rewiring in the interior. I love this car it's my daily driver and it sounds so fun. I love the channel and the builds keep the videos coming
Im not saying you dont know what ur talking about, but the 12v fan in the air intake tube, I mounted one in my cavalier, and hooked it to a toggle switch with a cheap, 20 dollar chip connected to the mass air sensor. All the chip did was read the extra air and manipulate the fuel being pushed through. But anyway, I flipped the toggle switch to turn the fan on and I could feel an ever so slight improvement on the throttle response, and a major increase in fuel economy when not punching the pedal to the floor. It added about 10 mpg when I was driving sensible.
I've never done those. I was always taught it's better to do it right the first time. My current truck, a 2006 Silverado 4x4 has full length headers, no cats, 3 inch exhaust from the collector back with a flow master 40 series muffler, texas motor sports cam, true cold air intake from k&n, 4l80e transmission, 4.56 gears and 2500 stall converter. Plus more to come
@bobwatters Whoa, pump the brakes Bob. Since you mention semantics, let's start with this, scavenging does not equal backpressure, and backpressure is not the same as scavenging. Clear enough? In fact, scavenging creates a vacuum in the cylinder, quite the opposite of backpressure... Now look back at previous comments and tell us who said scavenging is bad?
I was literally just gonna type that further up. I cant believe people still believe that an engine needs restriction. You only lose power when you go too big and lose gas velocity
An oversized exhaust will not move gasses through as fast as a smaller exhaust would. Straight pipes are fine, but it has to be the right size for your application. If you straight pipe your stock truck that makes 250 HP with a 3 inch tube, then it's going to hurt performance bc the air is moving slower causing it to be more turbulent, and creating flow issues. But if you have a 2 inch straight pipe on your 250HP stock truck then the air is moving fast enough to have a more laminar and less turbulent flow. This creates the correct amount of back pressure and flow for your engine. The correct amount of back pressure will help suck exhaust gasses out of the cylinder as when the valve is open.
You didn’t mention how crappie the rough country lift kits are in the long run. Cheep is not always better , the bolts shear easy and I’ve pulled a lot of them off because the have broken welds or just because they suck driving... just saying
Please do a video of “The best cheap mods” you can do. Rock guarding the bottom half of your cab and bed should be top of the list. Depending on the color of the truck, getting that nice low gloss black rock guard as a two tone looks really good, and will help protect the most troublesome parts of your body that tend to rust out quickly.

Basically my dad beat the topics of this video into me from a young age and I actually listened. Best advice, if you don't have the money to do a mod right, you don't have the money for that mod full stop. Save the money, do it right, which doesn't mean the most expensive thing you can find, but there is a difference between doing something right and something half assed and you will thank yourself for having a bit of patience.
At 17 i got a 2003 5.3 Silverado, and I put a cam, headers, cut the muffler off, cranked up the torsion bars, put a k&n kit on it, put some bright lights from oreilys on it, and eventually put moto metal 970’s on it about a year later. Well fast forward 4 years later I own a 2013 f150, and I still have the Chevy and it is exactly the same and I still love every bit of it.
"Theres no back pressure for your motor" You dont want back pressure. Ever. Dont confuse scavenging with back pressure. post cats it isn't affecting scavenging anyhow.
Problem is that some people confuse velocity with backpressure. Velocity promotes scavenging. Torque dropping because of big of an exhaust isn’t from backpressure, it’s the lack of velocity. Ideally (in a NA setup), you want as much flow as possible while maintaining velocity.
YES who wants torque over horse POWER in their truck. The loud exhaust shows its fast and thats what attracts the girls at the mall. Torque is for tractors not high dragster HP.
Its also a myth that catalytic converters restrict flow. General tolerance for a plugged cat is greater than .4 yes point 4 psi backpressure at operating temperature.
When people use the word "backpressure" it encompasses a lot and it varies per make and model. It has to do with exhaust scavenging from the combustion cylinder. When you get a well scavenged cylinder, some fresh air and fuel enter through intake valves and exit exhaust valves in a period know as valve overlap. Backpressure really means exhaust wave reflection. This reflected exhaust wave helps push the fresh air fuel back in the combustion chamber before valve overlap closes. Look up Yamaha x up valve. This is less common on fuel injection especially with variable valve timing and direct injection. Its hard to explain. UA-cam cylinder scavenge and that Yamaha x up valve and it should give you a better understanding of why people say engines need backpressure.
A 6 inch lift is the worst thing I ever done. My dad tried to warn me but I didn’t listen. It worked great but it ate ball joints like candy. I got sick of replacing front end parts. I drove it for 13 years and when I bought a new truck I vowed to leave it total stock. There’s a reason grandpa can drive the same truck for 30 years lol. Now I’m the old guy trying to warn the kids to leave things alone just like my dad lol. Age has a way of changing our thought process 😎
Every wheel I've ever plasti-dipped came out decent. I've also gotten rims professionally powder-coated for about $75-$100 per. If you like the shape and size of your rims I'd definitely recommend it if you just want a different color.
All aftermarket keys do is allow you to crank your keys more than stock😂 meaning an even stiffer ride! Yes, if you have aftermarket keys at a regular height, it’s better for the bolt angles... but when you crank the aftermarket angle keys... that’s when you might as well be riding Fred Flintstone’s rock mobile... and don’t try to fight it. I’m a stupid teenager. These mods are my expertise!🤘 peace
Yes! Can’t believe people still buy keys. Stock keys cranked is no different than aftermarket keys half cranked. Just more adjustment to make it ride worse.
Oh yeah for sure😂 my buddy turned a 2 in key lift into a 4 in lift on his 2004 duramax and that thing was so stiff, you could go over a bump and it would bang the truck so bad it would nock it out of cruise control! Damn! Good times lifting on a budget!

When I was 16, my family had a 1987 Toyota Tacoma with a blown motor and sun damage to the paint job, gotta love North Carolina. Plasti dipped the truck but we had a wrecked 1989 Ford mustang with a 5.0
So we took the short box bench seat Toyota, installed the powertrain from the mustang and a adapter kit which was custom made, in the Toyota.
Internal combustion motors do not need back pressure. Why can't we get past this? Exhaust back pressure is actually a bad thing for a motor.

Your dip technique was sooo bad. Don't knock a product you don't apply or use properly. All else is spot on!
Why was it wrong?
He probably did light coats and the dip had texture. You’re supposed to do wet coats to have a smooth surface but wet coats can lead to runs so ppl play it save with super light coats.

Its been proven that a 4 stroke engines (all cars today) dont need back pressure from the exhaust the valves are all shut during compression. Its better for performance to remove all the restrictions. You only need back pressure in 2 strokes motors which is literally no cars today.
Sort of accurate properly designed exhausts that maximize exhaust scavenging can make more horsepower and torque.

Honestly all hate aside its probably cause your car was in schorching hot heat 247 and it baked the outter layer to stop the dist problem
that white headlight beam shot tells me that you have the wrong bulbs in that truck, if they're still there. its all over the place. same exact problem you have with hids, just not as bright. it may have the cutoff, but its messy underneath it. one hotspot in the middle, with a mostly even fade out to the edges. not that.. mess. get some morimoto 2stroke leds specifially for your bulb type or another decent brand. i have no idea what those are, but if that's what they output in a halogen housing, they're trash. if the led isn't placed _exactly_ where the filament hotspot is on a halogen bulb of a given type, you get scatter. with 3-4 emitter leds (around/on top of the housing, not next to each other on the pcb) its just worthless and those should be avoided at all costs. headlight revolution has a lovely little video they made to show the difference between good bulbs and terrible ones.
the dip thing has been addressed.
anything between the intake start point and your engine itself that doesn't free flow or have massive amounts of forced induction (turbos/scs) is a bottleneck. full stop. don't put it in. if you're gonna cheap out, avoid the silly looking knock off K&N filters and buy an actual K&N filter that fits your stock air filter box. then save up to get a proper cold air system. everything else is snake oil.
douchebag exhaust is douchey and people will hate you for it at some point. and frankly, in most cases, serves no beneficial purpose. if you ain't racing it, leave that crap alone, or get a variable tune muffler if you just gotta have the noise. open it when you're away from people, and close it most of the way when you're in the neighborhood. one of the previous owners of my truck slapped on a high flow mangaflow 3.5 inch muffler. the exhaust itself is a 2.5OD. with the particular type of truck it is, going too large with the exhaust actually causes power loss. someone was an idiot.

Plus more to come
I'll say this once more; 4 STROKE ENGINES HATE BACK PRESSURE!!! Stop perpetuating this myth!!
Preach!
Joshua Black nice cuz I'm gunna do a muffler swap unless it costs me in performance
I’m 32 and recently purchased the Borla Atak for my 5.0 lol I just loved how that combo sounds
You didn’t mention how crappie the rough country lift kits are in the long run. Cheep is not always better , the bolts shear easy and I’ve pulled a lot of them off because the have broken welds or just because they suck driving... just saying
They also have shit customer service when they make a mistake and want the customer to pay for it. Personal experience here. Screw those guys.
Jesus loves you alot trust in His death 4 salvation and be saved from eternal hell ❤ Jesus died on the cross for you bro.
Torsion bars cranked. However. I changed up my shocks and entire front end. And added a leaf in the rear end with longer shocks. It drives and rides awesome.
My amazon light bar and pods are still working just fine. And my lack of a muffler well that was the rusts fault on a 91 f150.
Not gonna lie I've has a $40 nilight Amazon lightbar on for 2 years. It's still flawless and bright as hell. I use it almost every day as well
Nilight is the shit, it’s quality stuff at a decent price
My top 5 worst Truck Mods:
1. Truck Rice (Flashy Wheels, Thin Wall Tires, ect.)
2. Lift kits with stock wheels/tires
3. Wheels Too wide For Tires
4. Cheap light bars just for show
5. Almost all offroad mods that are never used to off road
Not gonna lie I straight up just cut the mufflers off lol
At 17 i got a 2003 5.3 Silverado, and I put a cam, headers, cut the muffler off, cranked up the torsion bars, put a k&n kit on it, put some bright lights from oreilys on it, and eventually put moto metal 970’s on it about a year later. Well fast forward 4 years later I own a 2013 f150, and I still have the Chevy and it is exactly the same and I still love every bit of it.
I straight piped my truck cuz I like the sound and when I bought my truck the torsien keys were already turned up and I ain’t messed with them
Me: looks at my truck
“Nah, this is fine”
1. Stretched tires
2. Skinny tires
3. Giant chrome rims
4. Wheel well lights
5. Giant lift kits with extreme tire poke
"Theres no back pressure for your motor" You dont want back pressure. Ever. Dont confuse scavenging with back pressure. post cats it isn't affecting scavenging anyhow.
thank you! lol
Problem is that some people confuse velocity with backpressure. Velocity promotes scavenging. Torque dropping because of big of an exhaust isn’t from backpressure, it’s the lack of velocity.
Ideally (in a NA setup), you want as much flow as possible while maintaining velocity.
Preach to the people
YES who wants torque over horse POWER in their truck. The loud exhaust shows its fast and thats what attracts the girls at the mall. Torque is for tractors not high dragster HP.
🙄🤦♂️”you don’t want back pressure ever”.
Yea you’re right. Torque is for losers. Only thing that matters is wot at redline gains.
No cat and straight pipe with shortys🤷🏼♂️ because back pressure is a myth
That's why you go true dual with x pipe no muffler. ua-cam.com/video/Hm0DFCE6gb0/v-deo.html
CWEJ_ 99 oh yeah got that too without the x pipe
Its also a myth that catalytic converters restrict flow. General tolerance for a plugged cat is greater than .4 yes point 4 psi backpressure at operating temperature.
But what is the true meaning for back pressure? What does it do?
Lol I watched that braydon price video with Garret strait piping his truck LOL
Watch him to this day
@@Brw-fn4zl Yes sir keeping it alive #SHOWMEYOURPITTIESBRAYDENPRICEMUDCO
I've never done this but you forgot that goofy looking truck squat.
Cali Leeaaan😎
Tennessee dogged
“My seat doesn’t recline enough”
Me, sarcastically- Did you lower the back and raise the front?
“Dude... great idea!”
🙄
Carolina squat
Here they call it bulldogging a truck
Blue lights in 2019 lmaooo oh god how funny
A 6 inch lift is the worst thing I ever done. My dad tried to warn me but I didn’t listen. It worked great but it ate ball joints like candy. I got sick of replacing front end parts. I drove it for 13 years and when I bought a new truck I vowed to leave it total stock. There’s a reason grandpa can drive the same truck for 30 years lol. Now I’m the old guy trying to warn the kids to leave things alone just like my dad lol. Age has a way of changing our thought process 😎
I plasti-dip my wheels because I can’t afford your wheels because I’m broke… :(
Well we do offer financing options if you cant afford to pay all at once! Check out our wheels here!
customoffsets.com/wheels
Every wheel I've ever plasti-dipped came out decent. I've also gotten rims professionally powder-coated for about $75-$100 per. If you like the shape and size of your rims I'd definitely recommend it if you just want a different color.
I was 16 and put the “Tornado” on my intake to increase power🙄 I think they make it out of a polished coke can!!
I remember in hs 11 years ago 😆 when everyone and their mom had the spectre intake kits. Those things were and are garbage.
Yeah I remember putting ford keys on my 99 silverado z71 just to get a extra
.50 more lift may have been 1 inch over turning the stock key
Oh yeah for sure😂 my buddy turned a 2 in key lift into a 4 in lift on his 2004 duramax and that thing was so stiff, you could go over a bump and it would bang the truck so bad it would nock it out of cruise control! Damn! Good times lifting on a budget!
There must be something wrong with me, I haven’t done any of these mods.
I had a 2004 Ford Ranger and I had 2 spot lights on my truck. I drove alot out in the country and worked on farms alot. They were very handy to have and I used them alot especially in the winter with those long winter nights.
