What's wrong with pursue of career and financial reward? Would you go for a job that returns less than what you get now? Specialists spend a lot of time and money on their professional training too. It also comes with risk that may destroy their career.

All the hardships that those doctors who stayed behind is NOT even appreciated ! Here we see these coming back & being put in even GREENER , PRIVATE pastures ! Maybe its better that they SERVE the RAKYAT first for at least 4 years ! It looks like the grass is NOT greener on the other side ! Isnt it? BE TRUTHFUL !
