I am searching for an answer to the question as to why a separate azure storage account is needed when we already have an azure subscription to start with anything on Azure. Is it some specific account? What provisions does it come with?
How can we get the Azure Blob stream having both options Read and Write?

WHAT is the DIFFERENCE between Azure BLOB Storage and FILESHARE Storage??
Using YOUR explanation, these storage “mechanisms” are IDENTICAL, so what CRITICAL CONCEPTS are being NEGLECTED or OVERLOOKED here??
ANSWER THAT QUESTION in your FOLLOW-UP VIDEO ! ;-)
HINT: it’s in the “HOW” aspect of storing (say) a JPG FILE in a FILESHARE vs BLOB CONTAINER
- FILESHARES do this ONE way (with strengths but also LIMITATIONS); while
- BLOB CONTAINERS do this ANOTHER way (BIG hint here is via CLUSTERED DISKS!)

Good question. I'm looking at video and photo storage for about 10-20TB of data, much of which is duplicated. I want to eliminate duplicates, and better organize my files, hopefully with tools that can automate some of this. Is a blob the right tool? Thanks
