Azure Files Vs Azure Blob Storage - Side By Side Comparison - Which Storage Type Do You Need?
In this video, I create an Azure Storage account and talk about the differences between Azure Blob Storage and Azure File Storage. Azure Blob Storage is very good for programmable storage so that your programs read and write from/to this storage account. Azure Files is more for mounting a file share to a server. It supports Windows, Linux, and macOS using SMB protocol.

i dont think its possible. The fileshare cost much more then blob storage............
