The young man did a great job considering it was his first time and being filmed on top of that. The first time is always intimidating with an experienced body man looking over your shoulder, let alone the camera watching every move you make. Great video Tony.
Love your videos. A body guy gave me a tip that I’ve been doing for 10 yrs. With my 11” durablock & 40 grit, I start sanding the body filler before it fully sets. There’s a perfect window to knock it down. Use a wire brush to clean it out of your sand paper as you go. Also, I love Evercoat body filler & glaze puddy. Good stuff to sand.
fantastic videos really hope you will be showing how to fill imperfections with glazing putty and if whether it makes any difference if you use glazing putty on the body filler or after spraying the primer :)

Hey tony are there any electric orbital sanders that are okay? i have a air compressor and good air orbital but man that thing sounds like a jet plane in my neighborhood lol.
Hmm... the last time I used electric was in my dad's shop 20 years ago. He had a few, it was the square type. But yea of course they have them. Good option if you don't want to use air. www.homedepot.com/p/Porter-Cable-5-in-Random-Orbital-Sander-382/203054710 Just google them. There are many.
Most electrics are heavy. Use one on side panels for a couple of hours and man, you can feel it. Check out the Dynabrade line of air orbitals. Light and fairly quiet. 3/32 is great for finish work.

Great video showing the young man. Props to you for teaching and having patience. My uncle had little patience teaching me at his shop.

I've never tried the Z Grip. It is fairly low priced compared to Rage, but looks like it's good quality.
