Loved this episode! What an ungrateful egotistical tight a$$ this guy is. He did not deserve Tabatha. Update: His staff eventually quit, his business failed. The universe matched his frequency and delivered justice. Sad to see he wasted the opportunity that would have changed things around. Prime example of Narcissism.

This is the first hairdressing place where she didn't have to take over doing the hair consult or the actual hair do and she praised every hairdresser.That owner should realise just how lucky he is to actually have every staff member knowing their trade except of course for the assistant manager.

Not technically free. Most of these shows that give a makeover you sign over a percentage of the business or sign a contract to pay the money spent on the makeover back to the production company

With these types of shows the way the first surprise meeting works is that the film crew comes in and tells them they'll be filming some b roll footage but they don't know the actual show is gonna start that day until the host appears

Actually, you are not allowed to open a hair dressing salon in Germany without ample expert knowledge that you even have to give evidence of in very tough state exams! It is beyond me how it can happen with such carelessness in the U.S. Also, to those doing the headlines on this channel: it should either read "The most filthy salon ever" or alternatively "The filthiest salon ever". Not both thrown together!
We're the same in Scotland. I believe it's 3 years of college then working your way up in an appropriate hair cutting setting.
It would be no surprise to me if this business doesn't succeed. The owner knows he's got good staff and can bring in money so he doesn't really have to show up as much.
