WTF happened when they asked if he still kept in touch with Roseanne? He said no as if claiming that being in touch with Roseanne would be a bad thing. Roseanne made a tasteless comment that most people don’t even remember. She also made many people rich and famous (including John Goodman).
I have a feeling that he just didn’t want to continue on a topic that received so much fervor for someone so close to him.
He also said he missed her and spent like 15 seconds talking about her. He said no cuz they don’t talk, it’s not that deep

No idea what John Goodman is like as a person or what he meant by the hard "no", but I wish everyone didn't treat Roseanne like a F-ing pariah.
He was being respectful. He wasn't going to speak for her. The question is asked in bad faith, because everyone thinks Roseanne went crazy. I would be genuinely shocked if they didn't speak.
The new and improved johhny Goodman. He's great in this role. I hear the mid season surprise is he teams up with wealthy oil men who pose as Imans who funnel the human trafficking profits for suicide bombers. Not funny??
