Very informative in learning how these work. I have used several, especially guided meditation/ hypnosis and subliminals. (Sometimes I don't feel like meditating on my own.) All the ones I use have been extremely helpful on my TF/spiritual journey.
Might have to try binaural beats and sound bowls. Listening to the sound bowl really draws me into paying attention to it. Sadly, my tinnitus in my right ear drives me insane most days.
@@wearethesamenergy meniere’s as well. It appeared at the beginning of everything, and have not found much to help with it. It was mentioned to try acupuncture….Huh, might have to investigate more. I have lost a lot of faith in the medical field trying to cope with it. Not to say people should not seek medical advice, but man, it has been rough.
@@notearz76 I totally understand this. I was put on steroids when I was first diagnosed with Meniere's and it didn't do anything. Truly, acupuncture is the only thing that works. Now mine only gets aggravated with allergies, right before my body gets sick, and I have 0 ability to be at altitude. Do you have the same?

I have finished your book after a few days and am curious if you feel it is best to use a whole house system, placidus, etc when navigating through ones natal chart? Is it best to use Vedic instead? I know there are many different systems, but how do we know which one to reference. Is it all resonance with a given system?
Excellent question, and that is completely up to you and what resonates with you! If you're going to study the astrology yourself, take some time and look at your own natal chart via the different astrological systems and see which you prefer. Then you can go from there.
Hey Alexx! I have an interesting question about dreams. Sometimes I have dreams of my twin, but not all the time. It sticks out from the rest of the dream and it’s the only part(s) I can vaguely remember about it since it feels intuitive. Last night I had the weirdest dreams. My twin “died”, and I had convinced myself it wasn’t a dream and to wake up. It was very intense, and I am currently learning to control my ego and learn non-attachment from the connection (since I am already one with my twin). Ever since I released any expectations I have had these weird dreams. I felt him “dying” intuitively felt like change in the 3D in the connection, as if he may be going through an ego degradation. I found that so interesting how I was able to see it through my dreams. I have been on this journey for almost 6 years since I was 16. It most definitely was my higher self

Aw, that sucks about the tinnitus! Have you tried acupuncture? I have bilateral Meniere's Disease, and acupuncture is the only thing that works.
