Operating Rooms are complex and many of the fixtures within the OR do not recieve a proper inspection. Most ORs are not ready for a CMS / DNV / Joint Commission inspection, so why take the risk? Even if you do not have the funds to replace your aging infrastructure, having a current inspection report is proof that your facility is working towards correcting issues.
