I enjoy massages! Ay least once a year I go to a full-service spa with all the bells and whistles (sauna, steam room, heated pool, etc) and spent about 4-5 hours there. I feel so relaxed and pampered when I leave.
When I burnt out last year, mindfulness was what helped me get back to life. Still not able to work but I feel much better thanks to self care. I really agree with the clean space, decluttering made a huge difference for me. It is definately worth it!
I havent been able to get into journaling, I'm more of a thinking and talker lol.. I usually will speak my words to get them out of my mind. Since becoming a single mom to twins, I have been prioritizing self care even more: Investing in myself and doing things that I enjoy!

Lol, I love working with TFD over on their channel but the content here on OBH is completely separate. This is my typical #girlboss thumbnail set up. The only reason I'm not in it is because I forgot to take a thumbnail!😩😆--Tasha
One Big Happy Life lol the amount of time I forget! it wasn't meant as a bad thing I actually think its a good thing because even though I watch both channels some people don't and seeing that thumbnail can get some more people to click and find your family's amazing content
I journal all the time and should ensure I do this daily. It is actually my form of meditation. I write out my affirmations in order to create a positive reality for myself. I also love a nice long hot bath, and I love to snuggle up with a good book. I also like to cuddle up with my son in the evening, and also with my boyfriend, to have that closeness while watching a movie together or playing games. I create art as well. I learned a while back to make sure I carve out time for ME. LOL- I also tend to go to bed pretty early. I feel revived when I wake up after getting enough sleep. I enjoy treating myself well!
I am so glad that I already do 7 out of the 9 habits!!! It really helps me taking control of my other life aspects and keep my focus on my priorities while feeling great! Thanks Tasha can’t wait for today masterclass !!! So exciting 😆😊

I need to start waking up early and getting in a quick walk. I go on 2 walks during the day at work with a co worker but its totally different when you go by yourself!
Go to bed early: I have a 9 to 5 job then when I get home I have to finish my daughter's homework, I want to take 2hrs at least to work on my online extra stream of income. What is the least amount of time should I be sleeping- will 4hours be too short and I make up for the rest on weekends?
