I legitimately went into depression when this show ended in 2013. Didn't shower for a week and started to grow my beard. To this day, I've never seen a show come close to this IMO. Still the bar for 10 years.
Better Call Saul is every bit as good as Breaking Bad, just in a different way. It’s funnier and more about drama than action, but it has some incredible moments that’ll just floor you.
The episode "Fly" will always be haunting to me where walter almost wishes he had died of his cancer and not to have fallen into the path he was on beyond, he could have died a man who was loved but died one feared and hated by many
What an ending to this incredible journey man! It's literally perfect imo, tied up all the loose ends, Walter managed to complete his mission and died satisfied and Jesse was set free to get a fresh start

Yeah, also her home was broken into and searched through by Jack's crew, but she has no clue who did that. Considering the stolen confession tape was mainly evidence against Walt, she'd propably assume it was him or one of his henchmen. Then there's the threat against Skylar on the phone, which we as the audience know was an act, but Marie would think it was legit. And that was right after Walt kidnapped Holly, which also didn't exactly help Walt's reputation.

Best part of this series is how it makes you both cheer for and against the 'good' people and the 'bad' people. Which eventually makes you realize everyone has their own path and are more complicated than purely good or bad.
Walt atoned for his sins by giving up his life to save Jesse- he could have NOT brought up the you work with a rat - and died in the gunfight and let the police catch Jesse but he put his body over him and took a bullet for him- it might be because he couldn’t say goodbye to Walt Jt and he viewed Jesse almost like his second son

I still believe that in the beginning of the episode he was going to kill Jesse along with Jack crew but when he saw Jesse face to face all the anger towards him went away when he realized how they been treating him and how much Jesse has been through
Walt hung onto Hank and Gomez body coordinates for MONTHS. He was busy trying to get his kid blood money. But couldnt find time to let Marie and Gomie’s wife know where their f*cking bodies are buried. Then he gives it to Skyler to use yet again as a move. Even to the end this was all one big game to him.
He could have found out where the money was and let Jesse have it since he already gave the 11 million to his kids Jesse is like his other kid he could have found out where Jack kept it and give it to him he deserves it they killed Andrea but knowing Jesse he wouldn't want anything to do with thay money so i guess that's why he didn't consider it

I understand how the last episode might redeem Walt in some people's eyes.. but I still hate him. Idk he just did too much for me to not hate him. He abused so many people throughout the show. And you can't ignore that just because he tried to fix everything in the end. He's still a bad man. A great main character yes, but a person I hate always.
I view it like this. Walt did an oceans worth of bad stuff, and he deserves to be called a bad guy douchebag. However, in his final moments he’s able to do about a ponds worth of good before he goes out. It doesn’t redeem him, but it’s a nice shift to close his own story out.

The end? Unfortunately, it's not over yet for Jesse and Saul.
So when are we getting El Camino?
I'm really glad you guys enjoyed the show and it's finale, i enjoyed the reactions too!
I'd say watch El Camino first, then Better Call Saul.
El Camino next, lets get ittttt! Love you guys!!
He could have found out where the money was and let Jesse have it since he already gave the 11 million to his kids Jesse is like his other kid he could have found out where Jack kept it and give it to him he deserves it they killed Andrea but knowing Jesse he wouldn't want anything to do with thay money so i guess that's why he didn't consider it
Terrific reaction! Thanks!
Love the BBAD and GOT reactions. Saul is good. If you have room now..Lost The losties will come. The show is perfect for you both. Will be one of your favs:)
Completely enjoyed your reaction to this amazing show to which I believe is the best show on earth. I know I was disappointed for a long while when you guys accidentally skipped one of the most important episodes which yall honestly confessed about many times (and we forgive you, don't worry lol) but looking back at that it's actually quite hilarious 😂😂😂 Nonetheless, your reactions as a couple were genuine and adorable and look forward to seeing more movie/show reactions. If you think you guys had closure, wait until you watch El Camino.
I just wish I'd be able to watch this show for the first time again.
End of a journey but the story is far from over 😁
I understand how the last episode might redeem Walt in some people's eyes.. but I still hate him. Idk he just did too much for me to not hate him. He abused so many people throughout the show. And you can't ignore that just because he tried to fix everything in the end. He's still a bad man. A great main character yes, but a person I hate always.
Fun tidbit.. Myth Busters did the experiment with Walt’s gun contraption to see if it’d work and it did.
in the script for the last episode as it pans out on walters body and the cops arrive it says: the cops arrive, too late, he got away.. 🕊️
I view it like this. Walt did an oceans worth of bad stuff, and he deserves to be called a bad guy douchebag. However, in his final moments he’s able to do about a ponds worth of good before he goes out. It doesn’t redeem him, but it’s a nice shift to close his own story out.
