    I don’t know how you continue to give incredible instructions while working out…. But I’m so glad you do! The cues you give are timely and really make for a fantastic workout! Challenging but super fun…. The time FLIES🎈

    Question.. my reformer pad is significantly longer than yours.. I’m not by any means short legged, I’m long legged actually. But I cannot each even half way to the shoulder blocks like you do for lots of movements..

      So to become a member UA-cam does not show it on your phone, only on a desktop or laptop. If you login on your computer and go to my homepage you will be able to see “join” at the top of the screen. If you don’t have a computer or laptop you have to go to UA-cam on your web browser, if you use chrome click the 3 buttons on the bottom right, scroll down and click “request desktop site”. If you use safari, pull up UA-cam, click the AA on the bottom left corner, scroll down and click “request desktop site”. If you go to my page my homepage then you’ll be able to see join.
      They don’t make it easy on your phone. I hope this helps!

    So....is your back suppose to constantly crack and pop all over while doing the plank /spike portion 😂.
