2005 Accord V6 dual control and full anti freeze. While in single temperature control mode and heat set to HIGH, the heat at both passenger side vents +/- 155 degrees. Drivers side center +/- 105 degrees and the drivers side by the door is +/- 80 degrees. Heater core pipes under the hood by the firewall are both equally hot. Heater control valve works and blue cable and arm move when temperature is raised and lowered. When in single mode and heat is set to LOW the temps go to about +/- 50 degrees (it's 40 degrees outside today). The blend door motor on the drivers side operates both the blue cable (white arm) as the temperature is adjusted and the black arm that controls the flap inside where the core is. When in DUAL mode, BOTH temperatures have to be set on low for the blue cable and heater valve to close, which it does. Putting the air recycling on allows the drivers side to reach the above temperatures, especially when driving at highway speeds. When the fresh air is on and I'm at highway speeds, the DRIVERS side by the door may go to +/- 70 degrees and the drivers side center may be +/- 90 degrees. Timing belt, water pump, belts and hoses just done but this problem existed prior to that work. The question remains as to why I have such a large heat difference between the passenger and driver sides? Any help would be appreciated.

It was the blend door broken. I would start with relaying thermostat it could be partly stuck open and once’s u drive the pump moves casters to push coolent out to cool off and cooler coolant comes to block also it could be ur fan running all times and then with flow of air from car moving cause more cooling
Question, I have a 2004 V6 4Runner SR5 with single climate control. When running the heater, the air on the drivers side is much warmer than on the passenger side. What can be the cause of that? I replaced the temperature blend actuator and the mode actuator is working fine. Any ideas? Thanks much!
Did u check coolant level to start off some times low coolant could be the issue also check ur cabin filter if it’s dirty replace it. Worst come to worst it could be the core have way jammed but that would be last option to think of
