I hope so, I've been looking forward to this campaign for quite some time myself.
God, every time I see Empire I develop an unhealthy craving to colonize and profit lol. Hope you enjoy the campaign! If you ever need another vanilla overhaul type mod look for Durango Overhaul. Unlocks and polishes Empire and all of her factions pretty neatly, couple new units as well. To me it's by far one of the best and up to date mods out there that keeps the feeling of empire but cleans it up.
