    Hi! Your video is very interesting. I have been digging deep into how to launch ads, and most people right now recommend going broad. I have a question: Should you add the different interests into separate ad sets so that you can tell when you have conversions, which one came from where. I feel like if we add all interests in one ad set we would not be able to see where the customers are coming from.
    Please let me know what your take on this is.

    Great as always thank you! I had a few questions, please. Can you share what was in the end roughly the cost per purchase? And would you recommend as you said to
    Try the add to cart optimisation for such product instead of purchase? Last question, do you think for a company with a daily budget of $300 would you suggest same strategy? Thanks in advance!

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  Рік тому

      The campaigns for similar clients used to do something like 4x ROAS if I recall, but some of the dynamic product campaigns were above 10x ROAS. This is also a few years a go so not 2023 specific.
      I think that budget strategy is based on many factors, and you should only take the principles from this video -- budget strategy requires a lot of work to figure out and I would not recommend using random benchmarks from videos.

      1:1 1080x1080 -- usually do the trick, but I would experiment with 4:5 ratio also. I keep everything together and use 'placement customization' at the ad-level to ensure the ad looks good in each placement. I never separate ad-sets by placements -- it will work against the algorithm.

    Hi! Thanks for the great content. I have a question regarding placements:
    If Facebook knows (in the case of Automatic Placements) and can optimize for exactly what you want you can give them more flexibility around where they put your ads - if they don't (which is the case with non-conversion based objectives such as Awareness & Reach) then Facebook will default to the cheapest, lowest quality placements. Not all impressions are equally valuable. What is the logic behind your recommendation? I would love to see what you are seeing and I'm missing. Thank you so much!

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  Рік тому +1

      From tests that I have ran, there are certain placements that never generate sales, but always would get maybe 5-8% of the impressions.... You can't always trust what a platform tells you. They are in the business of making money themselves :)

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  Рік тому +1

      Targeting under ages 18 has been limited for child privacy concerns from what I recall. This means that if you will have less ability to control the targeting and it will be broader, if you have REALLLY GOOD ADS and you start to get a lot of conversions, the algorithm will do the heavily lifting for you -- if you don't then you need to focus on making 1. better ads, 2. a more compelling product/service, 3. improve website UX/UI, and 4. pricing, 5. optimizing your website's ability to create a sense of urgency.

      Facebook charges on an impression basis, when people see your ad, not when they convert. However, some programmatic advertising platforms do offer this sort of pricing structure. Social advertising platforms usually do not.

    Hey thereI I'm looking for a specific remedy for a problem I am having with setting up ads and driving them to my Shopify store. I am an artist and I sell original paintings and canvas prints. The problem is that I can't seem to get the ad approved. Now I do a lot of different types of art, and I thought maybe it's because of the more sensual pieces I do, however I have used the same product/ photos for a "like" campaign and it worked out just fine. When the ad gets flagged, it tells me something very vague about "circumventing" policies. I have read it over and over and still don't really know what that means. Essentially, the ad is supposed to drive them straight to the product page. Is there anything else you can think of? I love your video! Boy have I learned a lot! thank you!

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  Рік тому

      It is hard to say without seeing the ad, but likely getting flagged under a 'Adult Content' flag, consider trying to set your age range higher (like +25) maybe that will do the trick. Otherwise, consider testing without sensual pieces.

      I try not to offer strategy advice on here, as strategy should be based on your business, audience, and resources.

    Are my posts on my account visible to all followers?

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  Рік тому

      Do you mean if your ads, will be visible to your followers? No, not unless they are targeting them directly, and/or if they match one of your targeting criteria, but you can also exclude your organic followers from your targeting.

      If it was that easy we would all be billionaires. This is not an outcomes based buying model, you are paying for impressions, and optimizing for the potential of a conversion.

    Good video, but it's not serious for an advertiser to use ad blocker. You lost me there

    It's a pointless video!!! It's NOT PRO SETUP. You're misleading people.
    You could at least show how to lay out the strategy competently: How many companies at this case, which & how many groups, and how many creatives - on a professional level.
    Not about the $50,000 limit per campaign and $50,000 limit per group. Really?!

      lol why are you so mad bro -- you think it's easy making 1 video to simplify the complexity of media buying, which basically every business needs a customized approach.
      Also, this is free content, you expect me to give every insight possible out? Jesus.

    Isn't conversion campaign placements better with advantage +?

      Placements and objectives are to independent parameters.

      @@MarketHustle Yes, but if you optimize for clicks, then advantage placements are bad, because they bring in low quality traffic. However if your goal is conversions, then advantage placements are great, because they pick out the best placements, and filter out the low quality traffic either way
