For consistent tee height I just use castle tees. I find things like that which can take away some of the human error in golf very helpful.

From another YT pro. Use the alignment line on your ball and point it at the target. Your driver face should then be at right angles to that line. I’ve done this for a few rounds now and it works fine.

Was going to say this too. I've been using this for a couple of years now and it really narrows the error margin on aiming part. And when playing scrambles (or if the course has winter/degraded condition rules in place) I use it in every shot as I'm able to place the ball.

@@Garbox80 good idea as you say when winter rules come into play.

      What’s a UA-cam pro?
Your either a pro or your not regardless of UA-cam 😂
If I was a pro golfer then the last thing I’d be doing is commenting on UA-cam videos making out I have some kind of input to what’s already a so called YT pro video!!
The problem with UA-cam is everyone thinks they’re the greatest golfer in the world when in reality you’re all still stuck in the 80’s and only maybe 5% of you guys are upto date with golf in 2024!
I’d like to see your so called “YT PRO” hit a ball over 300 yards!! I bet you can’t

    Hi Pete
I have followed most of these tips😮 but found I was topping the ball. My remedy was to old the club head about 3 inches behind the ball, I now hit up on a very consistent basis, adding distance to my drives.❤

Very well laid out, sir! Simple and concise. Love these.
My favorite takeaway: 400-yard bunker in the distance. "I'm going to have to take a little bit off this drive so I don't go in that."
    Yep, me too. 😂😂😂

Took this to the range and worked a treat! Could you do a similar breakdown for how to hit hybrid?

I am using every one of these steps. Very concise video, took me too long to put all these together. I think one other key piece that I learned this year - is to open the driverface slightly at address. Promotes taking the club back on plane and delivers the club more square when coming through. Many amateurs would have it square or even closed at address which promotes all type of arc and face control issues

Driver was really hit and miss. Used your setup tips voor ball position and stance. Hitting it much further with a nice draw. Thanks Pete! 👍

Great video! Could hear Pete yelling "Onnnnnnneeee" when the ball rolled off the Tee.

For change 4 alignment, its better for me to stand behind the ball, and find that intermediate point on the ground from behind the ball. If I do it at address, there's no way I"ll know whether that intermediate point is really "on line" with the target object in the distance. I think for amateur golfers this is just a better way to do it. For someone more pro/advanced like Peter, who can easily eye the target line at address, that works okay for him.

I've recently started slicing every driver hit despite no changes to anything I do, I'm going to return to these basics, but one problem I have is I ALWAYS hit the top of the driver unless I tee it half an inch from the ground, about mid-face, if I move the ball further in my stance, even the smallest amounts cause me to top it.. can't win!
Hopefully going through these will help

Something that can easily be explained in about a 3-4 min video , you dragged into an almost 8 minutes. Less words dude , get to the point without the verbal diarrhea
