They also couldn’t answer any questions relating to after service or product training. they only care about selling and moving volume. Being Chinese, I genuinely support Chinese products but this brand is an actual shitshow.
Different industry, but in my experience chinese companies usually send out salespeople to exhibition. You'd get more technical insight/replies in their Fb forums as the engineers are there to reply.
