    The spoil board on a CNC router is considered a consumable commodity. Whether you’re screwing material down to the spoilboard, or doing through cuts that slightly cut into it, eventually you’re going to have to fly cut or level your spoil board.     Very cool I don't have a cnc yet but want one and I hadn't thought of having to do this. Makes sense now that I see it. Good to know :)

    Cool, but that's technically not a fly cutter ;P a fly cutter usually has a single, off center cutting tool. Sorry, I'm a machinist!

    I noticed one thing you left out...you should recommend cnc owners make sure to tram their machine before surfacing/re-surfacing the spoil board.
